spar with uncle

2 days after I had my more more bloodline locked , I had finished practicing with it . actually I had to stop reluctantly because there were many more stuff for me to master.

just by practicing for 2 whole days till my chakra complete exhausted 7 times , my exp of bloodline increased from 100 to 300 .

this increase was really slow in my opinion as I had only gotten 200 experience points from all that effort . my more more bloodline used little chakra when I use it on myself so I had to go through a lot of practice before exhausting my whole chakra reserves 7 times. one thing was certain now that I had to kill enemies for exp points as my body wont be able to handle so much training nor I could waste so much in future.

I was sitting on top of my bed after having finished taking a bath and honestly the warm bath after session of intense training feels too good .

" sam , show me my STATUS! "

I decided to take a look at my improvement because it was better to know using concrete numbers than only vague feeling .

I was satisfied with my progress in fact more than satisfied . any hard worker will feel good if his effort bores fruit and STATUS shows me my effort bearing fruit in concrete numbers.

I still underestimated my potential even after sam told me about it . I just trained my body in these 2 days and broke my limits sometimes and my basic stats increased so much . even so I decided its not good to get cocky because improvement speed will gradually slow down with further increase in stats . still this feeling of pride was not bad at all .

just when I was lost in thoughts on my bed , i felt a tap on my right shoulder and was jolted awake. it was only my uncle but he sure gave me an unnecessary fright . hmphf..

" now now dont give me that look ren chan ! you are a ninja so make sure to keep basic awareness about your surroundings all time. " uncle was smiling but i did not like this cool attitude after scaring my pure heart .

" hm.. but I'm not a ninja yet . I'm just a small academy student ! bad uncle !! " I played cute boy act and showed him mocking tongue .

I was satisfied with the tick mark on my uncle's usual composed face . hehe.. being a kid has it's own perks too .

" you brat ! follow me , it's time to test your progress .. " uncle looked like he was still a little angry and just started walking forward .

I being a kid had no other choice to follow him obediently but was seriously bored as we had no talk on the way and the place we were going to now seemed pretty far from hatake compound .

" sam , any quest ? you haven't issued any since I completed the last chakra control one . "

I decided to kill time by chatting with sam and was seriously glad I had a permanent talking partner who would always be with me in this presently foreign world .

" partner , I think I have told you already that even I dont know when you will get new quests beforehand . so stop asking me , it's the 9 th time you have asked me the same question.."

I was speechless because even sam was somehow looking angry . well it's not my fault because quest rewards have been very good till now. so I had my anticipations too .

" sorry partner , dont get angry with me now . I wont ask this question anymore probably .."

" ren , I'm not angry just a little annoyed that's all . anyway let me tell you something good . actually you can gain experience points quickly if you use more more bloodline during battle. all your insights which most of them are missed usually, will be converted automatically into exp points . so make sure to use your bloodline as much as you can. "

well this was certainly a very good news . because I had more alternative option to gain exp points except killing. I'm not a maniac killer who enjoys such acts after all and I dont even want to become one either .

while thinking and talking with sam , me and uncle arrived in a small forest near the residential area of leaf village where civilians and everyone except clan members live .

uncle looked at me with sharp glint in his eyes and I did not need to see anything else to confirm the purpose of our little trip which was sparring .

" come on kid, give me your best shot !! and remember to come at me with intent to kill because we are here to hone our killing skills anyway. " uncle's tone had a little sadness or confusion hidden in it .

well he was going to teach his own 6 year old nephew about killing already so of course he would feel bad . but I had long prepared my heart as I need to kill to survive in this world.

I activated my more more bloodline and enhanced my speed 10 times normal . little chakra was automatically being consumed constantly but at this pace it would take days to deplete it completely . simply more more bloodline when used to enhance my body stats , used very little chakra . for ninjutsu , it used more according to my proficiency of the ninjutsu and of course the rank . the most bloodline chakra was consumed to change stats of foreign objects but the good thing was that effects were permanent if I dont release my chakra back . all in all i needed 1/10 of basic low genin chakra reserves to increase one stat of a normal sized kunai .

i kicked the ground and used my fastest speed to reach uncle who was standing more than 60 meters away from me in almost an instant . uncle was clearly caught off guard as he had a baffled expression on his usually calm face which was really pleasing to me . but as expected of a kage level ninja , he easily used his short sword to send me flying before my fist could reach his face .

I flew more than 100 meters away and was shocked by the strenght of my uncle and he had used pure body strenght right now . still I didnt loose my cool as that is the most foolish thing to do in mid of a battle . I was at a huge disadvantage in this fight simply because my strenght was like comparing an ant to an elephant when it came to uncle . besides I could not use my bloodline powers too freely because even though he was my uncle and I could completely trust him but a shinobi must know how to keep his true strenght and trump cards hidden . this was not a life and death battle where I would die if I showed even slightest opening so there was simply no way I would use my bloodline powers much .

our pure taijutsu battle continued for more than half an hour while uncle didnt break a sweat and was smiling while explaining my smallest flaws all the time . I on the other hand was mentally and physically exhausted because it takes too much stamina too keep up with an opponent who is classes apart from your level . my chakra was still brimming as we just had a pure taijutsu battle but I could not hope to mold it properly due to the mental power exhaustion .

I cancelled my bloodline activation and fell down on the hard ground on my butt while panting heavily ..

" sam , what about the exp points partner ? I had to go through much mental torture right now so please only tell good news. "

while closing my eyes in meditation, I asked sam the most important fact which I was dying to know about right now .

" congratulations partner , your experience increased from 300 to 850 !! soon you will reach lv 2 and then your limits will increase to 25 percent !! "

I had little stamina now so I did not start dancing from joy but a huge stupid smile managed to creep on my tired face after listening to the absolutely good news ..
