He is asking if Hao Jiazhi will surrender or not

After all, back on earth, for survival, he has to fight in the streets and that too with more than 1 people, and sometimes they even had something sharp

To him, Hand to Hand combat is a serious death fight where its either he kills them or be killed by them

So, every punch or kick or any other move he does, it's purely to kill his opponent with everything he has

Which clearly made him, the animal of the street and also, one of the most wanted criminals

Back to the present time-

Hao Jiazhi is not done yet, as he didn't give him any room to Li Gong to think or do anything as he straight went for him with everything
