Chapter 64 Treason

The general send us two fightership before the all out attack. This two are the old gentle men who talk with us during the briefing in Gera1.

They position themself in my left and right to protect us. We thanks them very happily for that. But they only answer us that it's for letting pirate going out some time to help them earn money. They have understood what we did during the first part of the attack.

After taking some peaceful minute with no sound I detect a lot of starship aiming at the exit in the same time. When they are at our range Edouard and Gael with the two other starship aim in front of them. They know that trying to kill a starship that is not in their front will only but them in danger. Gael use the lazer gun and with the help of my scanner shoot only the minimum of lazer to break their shield. After that Edouard with one gun shoot to finish them, two if gael break two shield at the same time.

The other two gun are use to help the allies mercenary to break the shield of the other starship. Just breaking the shield nothing other to not steal their prey.

After a little bit of time. The attack decrease in intensity. I look at my shield and sixsty percent of my shield. They hit me 30 time. My two helper lose fifty percent but they are only hit 10 time. We really did a good job in blocking this exit. After a little time I notice that I take another 10 hit in my shield. I look at the entrance of the asteroid but nothing.

And it's at that time that I ear a communication.

"What are you doing shooting at your own allies during the battle. Youngster escape their are shooting you from behind."

Nemo directly give me order quickly.

"Green use Smoke screen and Lure. After that use Hyperspace truster to appear behind them. Edouard, Gael end them."

I do as he say. I use a Lure and smoke screen to help us and wait a little that my shield break to use Hyperspace thruster. We appear just behind them and Gael shoot two lazer in one of the starship. Before they could react edouard shoot all of our fourth gun in them.

After that Gael aim his gun to the other starship of their group and Nemo stop him. Julia without order ask them.

"You don't shoot at us so you are alive for now. But why did you not say anything when you see that they aim at us during our attack?"

They didn't answer but we can ear people asking in the other side how can they answer to our question. After some time our real allies in the frontline finish the mission. The general open the communication but could understand why one of the fightership sank and the other have all of the gun of three starship aiming at him.
