A new girl?

Y/n's POV

*a year later

A year passed by soon and still the love between us hasn't gone. It increases day by day. I worried about him everyday, whether he'd return home safely. Nowadays, he returns home with body pain and headache.

I told him to eat some tablets. I don't know whether he had them. I wanted to call him and ask him if he is ok. But at the same time I don't wanna disturb him.

I looked at my phone and it was almost midnight. Suddenly, I heard a car pull up. I hurriedly went out and saw Jimin oppa and Taehyung oppa helping him to walk up the house.

"What happened?" I asked worried and took over Jimin's place.

We helped him lay on the bed and I sat next to him.

"Y/n, I think he has fever." Taehyung said.

I touched his forehead and he was boiling hot.

"Take care of him. We'll take a leave." They said and left, closing the main door.

"Jungkook?" I called him. His eyes were barely open.

"Wait. I'll come back." I said and got some cold water and towel. I dipped it in the water and drained the excess and folded it and placed one on his forehead.

I did the same for the other and unbuttoned his shirt and placed it on his neck. I pushed his hair back, so it doesn't get wet.

I dipped it again and kept it. While I adjusted the towel on his neck, he brought his hand up and held my hand.

"Jungkook." As I called his name, he held my hand tight and placed it on his chest.

"Y/n." He hardly whispered.

"I'll get something for you to eat." I said and made some porridge.

I took it and kept it aside. I woke him up and helped him sit up. I got the porridge and feeded him slowly. He smiled in between. Seeing him smile, I felt relieved that he is feeling better.

"Eat some more." I said and feeded him till the last bite.

He looked fresh after eating some food. I got him the tablets and helped him have it.

"Are you feeling better?" I asked him as I touched his forehead. He was getting better slowly. He nodded.

"Aein." He called. I loved it when he called me that.

I looked at him as I kept the medicine back. He just looked at me.

"What?" I asked. He said nothing and pulled me for a hug. I hugged him back.

"Can you sleep with me, please?" He asked. He said ina sad tone.

"Ok." I said. He pulled me down and buried his head in my neck. I could feel his breath hitting my shoulder.

I hugged him and caressed his hair. I felt him smile and smiled and slept.

But I got up in between to check on him. And he was ok.

The next morning, I woke up and saw him still asleep.

I touched his forehead and he was getting better. I woke up and refreshed myself.

He sat up and looked all fresh and energetic. He looked at me and smiled but it faded soon.

"Aein, come here." he called. I walked and he pulled me closer.

"Now, sleep for sometime."

"What?" I asked confused.

"I know you were up all night looking after me." he said.

"Kookie, you know I can't sleep again, once I get up."

"I'll accompany you." he said and pulled me to the bed and embraced me, tight.

"Sleep Y/n. You need to be healthy too." He said and kissed my forehead and I slept, smiling. And there we lay, the whole day.

Third person POV

One fine, Saturday morning, Y/n woke up and refreshed herself. She entered the kitchen and looked at the fridge and there was really nothing in it.

"Kookie, I'm going to the groceries." She said from the kitchen.

He came down and walked to her.

"Ok Aein. Call me if anything." He said. She smiled and left.

She reached the store and bought veggies and some snacks and the main thing, banana milkshake. She can't go back without it.

She returned home soon and got in and saw Jungkook and a girl hugging him. And Jin was standing there and looking at them.

Jungkook saw Y/n looking at him and he made himself free from her and looked at Y/n.

"Ok, see you next time. Bye Kookie!" She said and left. Y/n was even more in shock hearing her say that.

"Y/n, it's not what you think. Jin hyung was also there. Ask him." He said and she looked at Jin.

She started asking him questions like ; who she was, what she wanted, why she was here and other things.

"Yahh, why do you ask me? They like each other and have a lot to talk about." He said. Y/n was shocked.

She sat on the couch with a thump. While, Jungkook gave death glares to Jin. Jin felt scared and left from the place.

"Y/n it's not what you think. She and I don't have any relationship. I don't like her. But she's the one who likes me. It's a one-side love. I've said her a lot of times that I have a girlfriend, but she never listened. She is my father's friend's daugter, Lia. And he wants me to train her as a mafia, but she likes me." He said. He didn't want the relationship between him and Y/n to break.

"I trust you. Don't worry, I'll take care of it." She said.

"Y/n, you really don't ne-" He got cut by her.

"I can manage. Just leave this to me." She said and went to make some tea. But then she remembered something.

She didn't know where she was or where she would be regularly.

Jungkook saw her, deeply immensed into her thoughts.

He walked over to her and held her and asked.

"What are you thinking about so much?"

"I don't really know where she would be."

"Hobi hyung will help you out with that." He said. She smiled and pecked him and went to do laundry.

And Jungkook left to work.

*two days later

Y/n gathered up with Hobi at a cafe and asked him,

"So where is she going tonight?"

"To a pub, behind the supermarket we worked in." he said.

"Ok, then today's the day." She said.

"Why are you even doing this?" He asked out of curiousity.

"You don't need misunderstanding between a relationship. And it is better to do it soon, rather it gets late." She said and got up.

"Anyways, see you." She said and left.

She went home and changed clothes. She wore normal ones cause she wasn't much a party person. She wore her jean and a shirt. She took her phone and left.

*after few hours

It took her a lot of time to reach there. She walked to the pub, she didn't want to take the taxi. As she reached, it was 7pm.

This would be the perfect time, she thought. She entered in and spotted her sitting by the bar counter.

She walked towards her and sat next to her.

"Hey, you look so familiar. Aren't you the one who ran out from my house?" Y/n said as she spoke to her gradually, facing her.

"Oh yeah." She said as she took a sip of her beer.

"But you see, he would have metioned of having a girlfriend. We both are together, so it'd be better if you just stay in your limits." She said calmly.

"You don't seem like one." Lia said.

"See, I came here to solve this problem by talking. Not by arguing over this. So it would be better if you just walk away from our lives." Y/n said.

"*scoffs* Tell me, how much did Jungkook pay you? Or how much did you ask him for? Fully or half the amount? Tell me how much you want, I'll give you more than that. I'll give you double that amount, and you can run away and live your life." Lia said.

Hearing it, Y/n didn't know how to respond.

"Do you even see yourself at the mirror? Why would he choose someone like you? Even if he did, he wouldn't have lasted long." Lia said and laughed with her friends.

Y/n was hurt more. She felt like a useless piece of shit, at the moment. A lot of questions started clogging her mind. Tears started flowing.

But little did Y/n and Lia know that, there was someone else, hearing them and watching the conversation between them. He basically recorded the entire conversation and forwarded it to someone.
