Misunderstanding

The woman's face turned red even more when she heard the loud whispers around her. She clenched her fists and tried to hide her embarrassment.

Gabby smiled broadly, then she looked down and opened her mouth, "Nara? You're my dog, right?"

Nara quickly looked up and made a voice like she was giving an answer to Gabby. She stuck out her tongue and wagged her tail swiftly.

"Good girl!" Gabby smiled with satisfaction and then stroked Nara's head. "My dog, my beautiful dog..."

As if she understood what Gabby was saying, Nara barked softly and her tail moved even faster.

"That auntie is evil, right?"

Nara barked loudly and bared her sharp teeth again.

At the same time, the whispers among the crowd grew louder and louder. Some people thought that the problem had been resolved, so they dismissed themselves, some others were still watching what would happen next.
