The two fought for half an hour. People gathered around to watch as they fought.

The battle between the king of soldiers, past and present, was a rare sight.

Qie Yiyan surrendered, panting heavily. He had no choice but to admit that he was old, fat, and could not do hand-to-hand combat anymore.

"Let her go."

Li Qingcang was panting, too, as he broke away from Qie Yiyan. He stood in front of Qie Yiyan, looking like he might beat Qie Yiyan up until he released Ye Tianxin.

"Li Qingcang, if you are really concerned about Tianxin, then you shouldn't have come here to force me to release her. Tianxin has excellent leadership abilities. She would be able to better use her talents in the military."

Li Qingcang placed a hand on Qie Yiyan's shoulder. He was very tall, and when he stood shoulder to shoulder beside Qie Yiyan, he was one head taller than Qie Yiyan.
