"Hey, kid!! Kid!! Are u there?" asked Oak

"Yes Oak, Sorry that I spaced out" replied Axel.

"I thought you had a brain stroke or something. Don't you scare me like that kid. I just named you as my successor" said Oak. Axel was practically mumbling to himself and looking at the sky for a few minutes. Oak thought that Axel had gone mad

"Sorry for that Oak. I do that sometimes when I have something to think about.", replied Axel apologetically.

"So, both of your Pokemons learned Psychic, you are in luck kid. Psychic could be used in the number of ways if your theory is right.", Oak gave his expert opinion.

Blue was not there at the moment. Blue had planned to go to another unknown land and wanted to spend some days with his family. Pokemon world was very vast and much of it was unexplored and dangerous. Even though Blue was a former Champion, no one could guarantee a 100% safety in these lands unless you are a monster like Prof. Oak.

"So, now 3 of your Pokemons are left. Which do you want to go first?", asked Oak.

Axel chose Bulbasaur. The training plans that he had for Bulbasaur largely depended on his 'Hidden power' typing. Even if it was not as Axel had expected, Axel believed that he could make it into a second Hasirama Senju but good typing would decrease the time and resources by half.

TMs were like a disk that would dissolve in the Pokemon's head and the Pokemon would absorb the knowledge about it. Since Bulbasaur had not fully evolved, it took Bulbasaur 30 minutes, until Axel saw the changes.

A blue aura covered Bulbasaur's entire body and it start to vanish slowly. The ground around it got wet and Axel got the notification.

"Fuck YEAHHH!!" shouted Axel and jumped as high as he could. The type that Axel expected was water. Hashirama Senju was a wood user. In Naruto world, Stone and Water was mixed to get wood-type user and now Bulbasaur had a water typing as its 'Hidden Power'.

Obviously, Bulbasaur was not a Rock type Pokemon. But he felt that its Vines would be stronger in the future. It could use 'grassy terrain' in the future and combining its grass-type moves with water could make it a strong wood-type user.

Right now, Bulbasaur had mastered 'Sunny day' and 'Synthesis' as much as its small body could. Being not evolved had many disadvantages but Axel didn't want Bulbasaur to evolve right now. He could use a leaf stone and make it evolve right now but he decided against it. He could wait but he wanted it to be a tank for his team.

"You seemed very happy with Bulbasaur getting a water typing in its 'Hidden power'. Did you really want that so much?" asked Oak. He was curious as to why Axel was so happy.

"Yes. I don't want to say how I am thinking to raise it as no one has ever done that before. So it may not come true. However, if it came true then Bulbasaur might be the most powerful Venusaur to ever exist and might be my strongest Pokemon in the future.", said Axel.

The mysteriousness of Axel made Oak even more curious but he was a wise old man. He knew when not to pester. So, he kept quiet.

Then he used it in Charmeleon. It took Charmeleon around 20 minutes to have some effect. Axel then got the notification of it

A normal trainer would be happy with this result but Axel was not. He had expected Charmeleon to awaken rock or electric typing. Rock and fire could combine and become lava which was pretty good to even think about. And electric could evolve into lighting which would be better than fire as lighting is fast and both are destructive.

Seeing Axel with a disappointed face, Charmeleon and Oak were surprised. Charmeleon was feeling a bit depressed since Axel was not happy. It may be angry at all of them right now but it knew that Axel was a good and talented trainer. Seeing Axel unhappy, Charmeleon thought that its future may not be as bright as Bulbasaur.

Oak then asked, "Why are you so unhappy now? Charmeleon awakening a dragon type is the best I have seen among your 4 Pokemons."

"It didn't go well with my future plans. Why do you think that Charmeleon having a dragon type is good anyway?", asked Axel.

Oak gave a long sigh ready to give Axel another long lecture and then said, "Do you know the rankings of Pokemon?"

"Yes"

"Ok, then list them."

Axel was surprised that Oak asked such a basic question but he replied

Though it is said that only Arceus had reached God ranked."

"Right and Wrong." replied Oak

Oak then continued, "You are right about the ranking but wrong that only Arceus had reached God ranked. There are few Pokemons who have reached God-ranked. Mew, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina and some. Arceus is just more powerful than them.

Now, you must have noticed that my Charizard has some dragon scales in its body and is completely different than other Charizard.", said Oak.

Axel nodded his head. He had noticed it but didn't ask Oak as he thought that it was something that Oak would not answer.

"My Charizard is now in the peak of master rank. The dragon scales that you see is cause it is training hard enough to reach God rank some day." replied.

"WHat? A Charizard to reach God rank?" gasped Axel.. It was completely new knowledge to him.

"Yes, in fact, every Pokemon has the potential to reach God rank.", said Oak.
