Winner takes all

It was around 12:30 pm when they finished working on the Echoes of the Danger. Zane yawned as he tipped the last of the potion into the crystal vials. He had made six bottles of the potion, much more than he had expected and there was not a single failure. He smiled at Micheal who was taking off his gloves and washing his hands, he had been a huge help.

An Alchemy Partner, Zane had never thought of having one because of the sensitivity of his potions but he had truly liked working in the lab with Micheal, it was like the other could read his mind, assisting without him even saying a word.

"Thank you, Senior. I had fun."

Micheal who was washing his hands for the third time frowned, "It feels weird you calling me Senior."

"Is that so? Since you insist, I will continue with Micheal."

"I didn't...forget it." Micheal said, his voice laced with evident helplessness.
