Beyoncé POV

It's been a week since Kehlani and I found each other and since she's started spending time with our kids

She's enjoying every moment with them

"Hey Bey can we talk?" Kehlani asks rubbing the back of her neck

"Sure wassup?" I ask putting my phone down after I sent the last the text to my lawyer

I was planning on divorcing Shawn, I thought when we got married things would be different, but Shawn is still the fucking same

"Um is it okay if I can take the kids to my place?" Kehlani and I look at her skeptically

"Does anyone besides you live there?" I ask my motherly instincts taking over

"Yes Hayley." Kehlani and I look at her shock

"The same Hayley that works with Shawn?!" I ask in a panic

"Calm down she doesn't know it's you." Kehlani says trying to soothe me

"And she's never seen the kids so this could go smoothly sure the kids can stay with you just make sure they don't get hurt, also Kaiden is allergic to seafood, so I'll pack their bags and put his epi pen in it." I said and Kehlani smiles

"Is Monie allergic to anything?" Kehlani asks and I shake my head

"No she just has real bad seasonal allergies give her either Benadryl or night quil at bed time." I said

"Okay..." Kehlani says trailing still nervously standing in front of me

"Yes Lani?" I ask giggling at her shyness

"She wasn't this shy the night she fucked my brain into another galaxy, but I digress." I say to myself looking at her

"Can I take you out? So we can start on the right foot properly?" Kehlani asks and now I'm blushing

"Sure, but we have to go undetected." I said and Kehlani smiles

"That's cool with me, I'll be later to pick up our kids." Kehlani says grabbing her things and heading towards the front door

"Wait!!" I yell getting running over towards her as she looks perplexed

I kiss her cheek feeling it grow hot

"See you late baby daddy." I say laughing

"See ya later baby mama." Kehlani chuckles locking the door as she walks out closing it behind her
