#September's POV#

The noise had attracted Cyril and the others who had been a little too late to chase after me.

I stepped out to find Cyril standing in front of the door, his big blue eyes staring at me, then past me to his sister who was safe now.

Arianna looked at me with a look of disbelief which quickly transformed into hope.

Cameron had to hold his girlfriend because she nearly went over from the relief that crashed through her, making her weak.

I didn't have the time for pleasantries, the need to talk to Zach eating away at me.

I dematerialized straight to his room, no one could come in till I was all done anyway; the door was locked.

Unlike with Selena, I get on the bed beside Zach, wrapping my arms around him tightly like I always did each time I slept beside him.

But this time… this time would be different, this time, he could return my gesture.
