Then the recent movements of the Republican forces regarding expanding their outpost was already delivered to the Garrison commander, and the 12th Shock troops are only awaiting before Artirian plan into sabotaging the outpost and also the enemies camp that is growing in numbers before the reinforcement will come with the supplies and food. The moon ScarCity will only last for 3 months at most exceeding that will get starvation in the city widespread.

Artirian began investigating the recent reports of the officials who were sent to the front lines who are abusing their authority, because of the ongoing siege that is why Artirian is planning to report or to whistle blow the information to Garrison Commander so that the officials who are abusing their powers may be given the right judgement of misconduct as an officer.

Then the evening came and the Republican forces didn't dare to move an inch across their outpost as from the report says from the towers that the mass of people are drinking and cleaning their weapons. The Republican forces are still continuing to make more siege weaponries as observed by the guards who were stationed there; there are few long range skirmishes between the 12th Shock infantry unit and the some light infantry of the Republican forces. But nothing huge has happened.

Artirian would head to one of the towers he noticed that the guards were still up and looking on the outspot that the Republican but he noticed something different. The people who are drinking and cleaning the weapons don't look like people. Artirian would blink twice and surveyed the surrendering as he saw silhouettes of lances that were marching towards the left wing of the fortification. Artirian would call the attention of the Alarm guard to signal an incoming attack.

Then the bell rang loudly. The conscripts and Rommel were surprisingly awake faster than expected. It was that time where Artirian noticed the Morning fall attack going to be at night. He rounded up all the 100 members including Rommel and prepared them for an incoming attack.

Artirian noticed surveying the outpost of the Republican forces that its main force is moving towards the forest for regroup. Artirian already sent a message to the Headquarters that an incoming Republican force will attack the passageway fortification and they need assistance. But the Headquarters did not respond to Artirian call of assistance.

It is up to Artirian to be able to lead an incoming battle that will surely be bloody 100 men versus an estimated 20 thousand conscripts and knights that force only can be an 20-1 ratio. Artirian would begin to ensure that all towers are manned by the boys and any sudden urge to report must quickly be reported to him.

He would then place his table and map on the barrack house so that he could also have a full view of the men. That group leader is also known to be one of the skilled archers of short bow in the group that is why Artirian placed him there for what Artirian predicted that the attack from the right wing is only a diversion to take the focus of the defense forces to move its forces to the right wing leaving the left wing open in full arms for direct attack.

Then a few moments Artirian would then again receive a report that the right wing that is led by Rommel is also attacked by siege weaponry but the catch is that they have a tower like siege weaponry that fire arrows are not able to burn. Artirian would order to let that thing put its bridge on to the wall then pour oil once they opened it then quickly fire a fire arrow. Artirian would then clasped his hands and look at his surrounding the raining of fire arrows and some injured being put to the makeshift infirmary.

And there are still no signs of reinforcement but then a messenger came Artirian would almost lose hope but it turned out to be the worst. The 1st wall of the Moon Scar City has now been overrun and he also knows that Arthur was deployed there. Artirian would grab the messenger collar and asked the messenger with a blazing gazed and an furious tone of voice "Tell me in detail what is happening at the front and also tell would the Garrison Commander spare some knights or else we would fall abc to the inner gates because we can't hold this fortification with 100 men got it.!" Artirian would let go of the messenger collars.

The messenger would be afraid as his knees would tremble. Then the messenger would quickly run towards his horse and trot away. Artirian would now expect the worst thing that could happen. If they would not hold the passageway fortification it would be a huge gain for the Republican forces that its only one more step to enter the 3rd section of the city.

The battle had gone intense; the night sky is now filled with flying arrows, the noises of swords that are making louder noise as they taped it on their shields. And the night that is quiet now loud as shouting and war cry had been spoken so that the morale would not go down. 3 hours had passed since the attack of the republican army had commenced the injuries that the 12th Shock troop infantry unit would be 10 and 2 dead which means the group is down to 88 people.

The battle continued until the right wing attack had stopped and the left wing attackers would proceed to attack the fortification. Then after 4 more hours the battle became heavy the increase of soldiers dead came to about 10 and the injured came to 15 by 4 hours they have now lost 12 people and 25 injured. The 12th shock infantry goes down to 51 that are still able to fight and hold weapons. Then a messenger came giving an order letter to Artirian and it said there that the reinforcement would after 6 hours until then you must wait and endure the battle, said the letter given to Artirian. Artirian would slam the table and became furious.

"What does he think of my men sheeps that need to be sacrificed! Argh..this is why the empire military is low class even though it has top notch geniuses." Artirian yelled. And shouted at the whole fortification "Everyone the letter said endure for 6 hours I want everyone to see and be able to endure until then we must fight.

Artirian would get a bow and arrow. And then run towards Rommel side which is the place where most of the fight would be. Rommel would see Artirian holding a bow and 3 quivers. After that the boys gave a boost of their morale because Artirian was there fighting alongside them. Artirian would use his gallant force to imbue on the arrow to give a destructive blow on the enemies.
