"I guess charging at the same time will make you guys a lot stronger huh" Artirian whispered to himself as multiple bandits were charging in front of him. He then quickly reacted by unsheathing his Bokken sword. And then as he gripped it tightly he then simultaneously released his killing intent.
And as he released his killing intent to those bandits their will to fight suddenly decreases. Because of the fear that they saw looking at Artirian some of them did not charge and just dropped their weapons on the ground and kneel.
"Please have mercy!" one bandit said as he knelt down. Artirian then jolted forward and engaged the other who still continued to fight. And with swiftness *CLANG CLANG CLANG* In a far view the wagon driver can see how Artirian slashes became visible to the naked eye. And then when Artirian moved from point A to point B he was able to kill 5 bandits all in all. He then slowly sheathes his Bokken sword.
Then Artirian walked towards the bandits who were kneeling in front of him, their hands like in a praying position. But Artirian eyes were like the blazing eyes of an executioner of an avenger. "P-please H-ave M-ercy!"
one bandit said as he put his head down. Artirian unsheathes his Bokkens sword and with gentleness decapitating the Bandit. The blood then oozes out of the headless body and slowly spreads throughout the dirt.
After that Artirian still found some bandits that were hiding from the bushes because of his killing intent, still active his senses are still sensitive and will still be able to sense his enemies. And when Artirian found them they then threw their weapons and raised their hands.
They were scared and even crying non-stop as they saw the bloodied Artirian in front of them. It was never a fair fight; it was an utter massacre. Artirian then gazes their eyes and the bandits that surrendered fainted to the slightest eye contact with Artirian.
Artirian then turned around and returned to the wagon driver to help him. Slowly as Artirian walks back his killing intent slowly fades away and as he reaches the wagon driver there is no killing intent that urges him to kill. Artirian then helped the wagon driver get on his wagon back and returned the things needed inside the wagon.
When the wagon driver starts their journey again he then asks Artirian with a soft tone of voice and a bit of nervous way "How did you… do something like that?" Artirian looked at the wagon driver and then said "I trained under a great man and that how I can use that kind of skills" then smiled after saying those words.
After that, the wagon driver did not say anything or even asked Artirian. He was just happy that he was saved and it was a debt for Artirian.

The wagon driver POV
As I look into the boy's eye I see the glimpse of nothingness it looks like an endless void of trauma that this world has brought to him.
But on how he uses it, as a way to help other people it is very amusing as it looks. I feel this boy will have a rough journey ahead of him and if he succeeds this young boy will have his name known throughout the lands of Lectacoriam
I then grabbed his hand and went back to the wagon. I waited while Artirian was beside me, as I took a few glimpses of the bandits they were still scared of because of him and of what had happened earlier to their leader. They didn't expect this to happen but I am lucky I have a man like this boy.
We also had left the bodies of the bandits on the middle of the road, so that other bandits would know what kind of person would halt a carriage on this road. I hope it can last long enough. So that this road is safe to travel for merchants and peddlers.
----------------------------
The man and Artirian would continue their travel to the city of Moon Scar. Soon after they have also reached the village of Moon it is the last stopover before going to the City of Moon Scar. As they saw an inn they then entered the Inn. As they entered the inn It was so bustling with commoners who were just about to go have fun and mercenaries who were also travelling towards the Moon Scar city.
Artirian then paid for two beds for them to take a rest. But because Artirian was not yet sleepy he then tried to check the village market if it's still opened sadly when he reached the village market it was already closing only a few stands were open mostly the loaves of bread stands and weaponsmith were open. And it is also because of the low customers of the village market, it closes in the early evening.
Artirian then goes back to the Inn and he sees the wagon driver seating at the end of the tables and then Artirian asks. "Hey old man are you hungry?" then the old man said "Oh uhm- Yes" then Artirian walked towards the counter of the Innkeeper then said.
"I would like to order the best meat in this Inn and then drinks of the best ale.'' Then Artirian grabs his pouch and then grabs 2 gold deneries and drops it on the counter. The InnKeeper gladly accepts and immensely heads back.
After that all of the people Inside the Inn we're looking at Artirian like they are planning something. Soon enough the food has been delivered to their table. Both the old man and Artirian munch on their food like there was no tomorrow. As they were munching their food Artirian still felt the gazes of the mercenaries that were eyeing on him.
After eating the food Artirian then walked towards the stairs and walked up to his room. He laid on the comfy bed that his room had given him. But still Artirain's heart was beating and he could not sleep comfortably.
So he tried to relax once again and focus his gallant force across his body to make it calm. Soon enough Artirian and the old man were awake when the first sunshine hit their face. "It's already morning.." Artirain whispered to himself.

Artirian POV
It was by mid-afternoon when we reached the city gates of Moon Scar. The gates were heavily guarded and also strict with the implementation of the documents for being a peddler, merchant, or even a trader with also legal trade permits in all empires territories. As I looked closely the city wall was high enough and so thick it looked impenetrable.
We waited for about 40 minutes in line for the checking of documents. The Guards sometimes are being tipped so that if the documents are lacking they can still pass through. That's how the black market also runs in the city.
As we are the next wagon to be checked. a marvellous nobility carriage then suddenly came out nowhere and cut us off. The old taps my shoulder and says with a lone tone of voice.
"Don't ya worry lad those are nobles, even if we do something they are always going to win Especially for their motives we just need to stay low and ignore their misdeeds" and then I replied with a gentle smirk and simultaneously a simple nod.
``They are not nobles they are pathetic they are the one who must be cleansed and not my family who did nothing and just to fight for the Empire prosperity.`` the thoughts that are running around Artirian mind
But it seems this world is also not fair so nobody wants to risk their lives to live like fair people. After 30 more minutes, We are then halted by the straight forward City guards. They then asked us with the documents that the wagon driver must possess. The wagon driver then handed it to them.
They then laugh as it states there that the man I am with is just a small-time merchant and nothing else so they think they can squeeze money. Thankfully a captain of the city guards hardly smacked their heads and shouted at them.
"ARE YOU TAKING MONEY FROM PEDDLERS AGAIN YOU STUPID MORONS!" The two guards are shocked and almost throw the document in the air. Their hands were shaking as they slowly looked at the back. They saw the muscular 6ft guard who looked down on them. He then stared at them as they looked at us. They handed the documents and smiled as they were frightened as well, because of the captain of the guards that were behind them.
Once we passed I noticed that he glanced at me. But I just ignored him, we then passed through more houses and as I observed my surroundings it looks like poor people live in this part of the city. Then the wagon driver said to me as he looked at me with a calm voice.
"The city has 4 sections and each of the sections has gates so there would be the main gate. Back there. The 3rd gate, 2nd gate and 1st gate and the inner gates. The 4th section is where we are at this is the section known as the slums and dwellers. This section is also branded as the poor and the poorest. Then we have the 3rd sections which are the middle class or the bourgeoisie and the likes of merchants and businessmen. It is also the place of the wide market of the city. Next is the 2nd section where lower and middle noble families dwell with their mansions And also the Military officials in the second section, it is also located there the Military Headquarters of the Empire .Only a few merchants only have passes to go in that section as for the likes of me I can't. Next is the 1st section where it would locate the Mansion of the City Lord Viscount and some of the high-class nobles."
------------
As the carriage goes on to the marketplace, Artirian and the man then parted ways. They then say goodbye to each other but never get each other's names. Artirian will be dropped off in the middle of the City Market, which is the busiest place in the city. With the bustling with people and always as having bright lights and exotic things to be traded.
Artirian then tried to look around to see a code or signal sign that can give him a hint from the group. But Artirian wouldn't see any sign of the group code elsewhere in the marketplace.
He then heads to one of the alleyways as he goes in the alleyways Artirian then notices boxes and laundry that were hanging and some puddles of stagnant water and trash are all over on the side and even near the stagnant water.
The smell was awful and after that, he saw a few ragtag groups of teenage boys like him. He then looks at their appearance and from what Artirian saw they had a black patch on their left upper chest and a ragtag shirt and pants with old shoes they have caps almost covering their eyes.
