The car stopped in front of a small, ordinary looking house that was blended well with its neighborhood and surroundings. She hoped out of the car, observing the overall look of it. It was a double story house, painted in a dull grey with a contrast of white and black here and there. One of the windows in the upper story revealed Derek who waved at her and then disappeared, probably coming to the door. She texted him while they were on their way so that they won't be raiding their privacy.
Together with Mason she walked over to the main door but didn't ring the bell. They didn't have to wait for long as a grinning Derek appeared from behind the now opened door.
"Hello," He greeted both of them one by one. "Welcome to my little house." He stepped aside giving them space to walk in. "It's not as big as yours but I hope you would like." He chuckled nervously afterwards, his excitement reflecting through his body language.
