Flashback nearly a millennium ago.
A blurry looking figure travelled at fast speed. His whole figure gave off a feeling of power. He was the holiest and the sole strongest pillar of his big number of children. His appearance could neither be described as old nor young. At one time he seemed like a wise old man and at the next moment it was like looking at a pure young child.
"The feeling gets stronger." He murmured as he made haste. Whatever it was that woke from its slumber was nothing but evil. He felt it. It would end any existence if left alone. Even his foolish son could wait. Compared to his current circumstances, a rebelling brat didn't seem important.
After he travelled for a while longer, he came upon a mountain range, one that would never be remembered the same after the next few hours.
What was before his eyes was unfitting and bizarre. A young boy with an absent-minded expression stood on the peak of the highest mountain. His eyes seemed nearly mindless, without focus. He gave of a weird feeling as if he was stitched together from various evil entities, further accentuated by the many wings on his back. They resembled wings from various species, a bird, a dragon and a bat among them.
His mere presence brought him dread. He pushed down these unnecessary and insulting thoughts as they were of no use to him. As the boy, no, the abomination began to stir, he flinched instinctively before turning determined.
He can't leave this thing alone, it would spell nothing but chaos. As the stirring become more frequent, he realized that it was waking up from its slumber.
Seeing this as his only chance, he decided to attack. Holy energy rolled off his body, blinding the surroundings and banishing even the slightest of evils.
As the creature was met with the intense light, it shrieked with the voice of dozens of beasts mixed together, its voice latched with corrupting energy. The instinctive attack to defend itself hit the man, who didn't expect any retaliation, head on.
Golden blood began to flow from the man's ears as he steadied himself. He harumphed as he formed blades and long lances from his energy and sent them onto the creature while shielding his ears this time.
The shrieking became louder as it was shredded into pieces, creating a gory scene. But to the man's surprise, it regenerated and as time flew by the regeneration became even faster.
He was determined to end this evil and threw attack after attack on it which soon proved to be pointless.
The more it woke up, the faster its regeneration. As his last attack hit, the shrieking stopped. It was the silent before the storm. Then it started. Its skin ripped as glaring eyes shone from within and quickly focused on him. Soon after a head broke out of its body, stretching further and further, as more flesh began to layer over the boy's form. Then another head broke out and more followed.
After seven heads that were now fully focusing on him, its torso formed. Afterwards arms, legs and tails began to grow as they broke through the flesh. By now its size was already several hundred metres in height as it peered at him.
It was at this moment that he knew he was unable to slay this abomination and that more weight than ever rested on his shoulders. He couldn't fail, not now. His children, his legacy would live on, but he had to stand his ground.
He flew higher and higher over the beast with his clothes fluttering in the strong winds as the creature continued to grow.
He gave a war-like cry as he spread his arms and channelled more energy than he ever did even in his proudest creations. A humongous magic circle formed above, even dwarfing the beast. It exerted pressure that would even crush the strongest of existences and slowly pushed back the beast. It forcefully shrunk and its amalgamation of giant body parts crumpled together as it growled from all seven of its heads.
"I will not allow you to end all of existence! You shall be sealed for eternity!" The man shouted.
Following his outcry dozens of sealing formations formed all around the crumpled beast compacting it even further. He knew that he could not stop here and started to burn his own base of life and layered forbidden seal after seal, pushing against the strong opposition. His golden blood flowed freely from all his orifices by now.
"I will put you where no one shall ever find you again. You shall never see the light of day again!"
He shouted as he grabbed at the bundle of glowing seals and teleported away to complete his task.

"Father, how are you?" A young-looking man with long golden-blond hair asked. His voice was slightly quivering with worry obvious in his voice. He had twelve golden wings spread from his back.
"This will be my last fight. I have no time to recover and we need to stop this war at once. Even these foolish dragons couldn't choose a better time. I will leave the rest to you Michael." He stated in a strong voice.
He was always like this, shouldering most on his own. One could say most of the trouble was created by himself, but his intentions never were of harmful nature. One could even say the current situation was brought by too much trust or too curious decisions.
"Is there no way?" Michael asked, but he already knew the answer.
"I will count on you to lead in my stead until someone rises to be worthy. Follow me." He said, ignoring Michael's question.
Michael complied and they soon arrived in an endless white room with no imperfections. The angel waited at the entrance as his father advanced further.
The man chanted quietly, as Michael's hair stood on end. Seals layered over the man's body. It was ancient and forbidden magic.
Shortly after he pushed his glowing hand into his own chest and ripped a small glowing ball out of himself. It was brighter as the sun and caused the space around it to ripple.
Casting a few more seals around himself he finally healed his wound and positioned the bright ball of light in front of him. Another chant caused chains to spring from space, locking it in place an causing it to dim slightly.
If any God would have seen this spectacle, they would have shivered, imagining themselves in this position. What the man did just now was ridiculous. He ripped out the root of his divinity.
He sunk to one knee as he wiped the blood from his mouth. While he was severely weakened, his body still contained masses of divinity spread around every part of it. It was just that he would never regenerate it without its root. It was just enough for one last battle, held together by dozens of seals.
"I trust your judgement, son." He said as he turned to his most loyal son. Michael always took him as his role model and ran after him since he was a little seraph.
Michael couldn't hold back his tears and solemnly nodded. He swore to himself to rise higher and meet his father's expectations. He burned the image of his father into his mind, for it would be one of the last moments they would share together.

Michael was currently standing in the highest level of Heaven. It was commonly known as the place where the system of God resides. Only he and very few of his siblings are allowed here and know of the truth.
After a while he felt a hand softly grasp his shoulder. He didn't turn around but recognised the person as his sister.
"You want to tell him?" She asked.
He thought about when to tell him for a long time, but he was sure he was ready to know. He proved himself more than enough.
After a while he slowly nodded his head, his eyes never leaving the last remnant of his father.
Hello there!
There are very few infos of what or how it actually happened in the past, so that's a few facts mixed with my own ideas.
Let me know of your opinion about chapters like this. I tried something different and made a flashback from long ago.
