Chapter 65 - Issei meet Vali

Kyudo Club, right after the school is over.

Sakura and Shirou with the other club member doing some practice session for the tournament that will be held in the next semester. While Taiga as the advisor of the club is sleeping peacefully in the club veranda.

"Senpai," Sakura said while polishing her personal bow. "Nee-san didn't come home yesterday after we swim at the school swimming pool and she didn't call me or my mum, and this morning she also didn't go to school. Did you know where she is right now?"

"There is some problem yesterday, Sakura. Right after we finish swimming at the school swimming pool," Shirou said when he has fired an arrow right at the target point. " That's why your sister didn't came home last night, and if you want to know where is your sister right now. She is in the Eldelfelt Mansion with Luvia doing their job from Zeltretch."

"Are the problem have a connection with her job collecting the Class Card?" Asked Sakura.

"You can say that," Shirou answered. "Because there is a crazy woman enforcer who try to snatching the Class Card from Rin and Luvia."

"Sigh, a job from that old vampire always made a trouble for our family," Sakura said. "I don't know why Nee-san so eager learning from that old coot!"

"Well, your sister dream is to reach the root with Second Magic Kaleidoscope," Shirou said. "Something that Impossible, even if you using the Kaleidoscope."

"That's why our family is declined," Sakura said. "That's stupid dream destroying our family!"

"Root is something that forbidden for human or god," Shirou said. "But sometimes the Allmighty God, let a little knowledge out of the root, and giving it to humans. The examples are Kaleidoscope, Heaven Feel and Denial of Nothingness. All the true magic is came from the knowledge that the Allmighty God took out from the root."

"So Zelretch and all the True magic user never reach the root?" Asked Sakura.

"It can be say, they reach the root, but they didn't got all the knowledge in the world, only what the Allmighty God want to give them," Answered Shirou.

(Before you protest to me, I only want to say in may fic, I change how root work a little bit so I can write this fic more easy, I'm really sorry if you didn't like it)

"I just hope, that Nee-san stop her stupid life goal," Sakura said with a worried look. "I didn't want to lose another family member."

"To be Magus is to walk with death," Shirou said. "That's what my father told me, when you became a Magus, death is something that you will face everyday. But I think Rin goal to reach the root and got all the knowledge in the world is too much."

"Even Senpai thinking Nee-san goal is bad, huh," Sakura said.

"Reaching the root is the same as try to reach the Allmighty God domain to became all knowing," Shirou said. "It was a big sin Sakura, a human will never reach the Allmighty God domain, now matter how hard we try."

"Senpai, as her boyfriend can you stop Nee-san for reaching her goal?" Sakura asked. She feel worry about her older sister, who try to reach something that forbidden.

"I'm in the procces, changing her goal. Little by little," Shirou said. "Changing other people life behaviour is something that can't be reach in an instant."

During class time at school, Irina and Issei couldn't concentrate at all in paying attention to the lesson. Because the two of them are still wondering what really happened yesterday afternoon at the pool.

Because of that Rias allowed Issei not to have to take part in ORC activities today so he and Irina could rest at home and recover their chaotic mental state.

And right now both of them, going home together to the Hyoudou Residence.

"Sigh Irina, I feel so unlucky yesterday," Issei said while sighing. "I missed an opportunity to swimming with you because somehow me and you made a chaos at the pool. And I even don't remember what happen yesterday because Rias-buchou erasing our memories."

"I'm also curious about what happen to us yesterday," Irina said. "But somehow, I had a feeling I'll be better if we didn't know about the chaos we made yesterday."

"Yeah, I think you're right Irina," Issei said while sighing. "No matter how curious I am about what happened to the two of us yesterday, if the incident was so embarrassing to the level that make Rias-buchou erased our memories. I'll be better for us to let go our curiosity and ignore what really happened."

'Sigh, I really want to see Irina in bikini!' Issei said inside his heart. 'Maybe next time, I will asked her for a date in the pool.'

"Yeah, let's just stop thinking about it and going home," Irina said. "I'm really want to have a good quality rest."

'Shit! Shit! Shit! I really want to see Issei-kun in a swimsuit!' Irina said. 'Ah, I know! I will ask him to have a date at the pool later! Just the two of us! Ooh this will be really fun!'

When the stupid couple busy with their own mind, not to far from them Vali the Hakuryuukou walking up to the two of them, Someone that they didn't expect will meet.

After knowing that the Sekiryuutei that he meet before was a fake one, Vali feel really curious what kind of man Hyoudou Issei the real Sekiryuutei is. But what he found when he watching Issei for a couple a days was a very big disappointment. Hyoudou Issei is very weak person, he can't use his sacred gear properly, and all he can think about is female breasts. He even can't talk to the dragon soul inside his Sacred Gear.

Vali didn't want to make Issei as rival at all because he is too weak, and Vali didn't want to have a weak rival like Issei. And because of that he decided that Issei is unworthy for the Red dragon Emperor title, for him the fake Red Dragon Emperor Emiya Shirou is more worthy for the title.

Irina and Issei is still busy with their own mind, they both even didn't realize when Vali is right in front of them. And they only realize it when Vali greet them.

"Are you Hyoudou Issei?" Asked Vali.

"Yes, I am," Issei answered feel really confused by the stranger who suddenly asking his name. 'Who is he?'

"This is the first time we meet, 'Welsh Dragon' Red Dragon Emperor, Hyoudou Issei," Vali said. "My name is Vali 'Vanishing Dragon' the White Dragon Emperor'."

"The White Dragon Emperor!" Issei shouted.

Right now Issei can feel a fear inside his heart, his fated enemy is right in front of him. That was something he didn't expect, he already hear about Hakuryuukou from Shirou and how strong his fated enemy is.

Issei knew deep inside his heart that he didn't worthy to held the Red Dragon Emperor title, because of how weak he is. No matter how much Issei train his body all this time, his didn't have significant result from all his training and only getting stronger a little bit. And because of that he decide to give the Red Dragon Emperor title to Shirou who he think more worthy than him for that title.

"Issei-kun please back up," Irina said while took out her standard holy sword and stand up in front of Issei. "He is a dangerous enemy!"

Irina can feel a cold sweat drop from her cheek, she knew that Vali is much stronger than her. But she can let Vali do something bad to his boyfriend.

"You need your girlfriend to protect you?" Vali said. "What a disappointment, I didn't think my rival is this weak to the point need a help from a girl."

"Irina, please put down you sword," Issei said. "I can feel that he didn't want to attack us, so let's talk with him first."

"Sigh okay Issei-kun," Irina said. "But please be careful."

"You quite smart Hyoudou Issei," Vali said while smiling. "You're right, I didn't want to fight with you because is not worth my time at all because you are too weak. And I didn't like to fight a weak enemy, so fighting you is a big no. I'm in front of you right now because I want to talk with you."

"What did you want to talk with me?" Issei Asked.

"I warn you to not use the Red Dragon Emperor title," Vali Answered. "Because you're not worthy for that title, your power right now even is more weak that ordinary exorcist. Emiya Shirou is more worthy than you for the Red Dragon Emperor title, he is using a fake Boosted Gear but he already can talk to the dragon soul inside the Sacred Gear. But you, you even can't use the second form of your Sacred Gear and using it to the limit."

"I admit that I'm really weak and didn't worthy for the Red Dragon Emperor title," Issei said. "And if you want to know I I didn't want to use the Red Dragon Emperor at all, because my title is 'Rias Gremory pawn'. That title is enough for me because I knew if I use a 'Red Dragon Emperor' title, a dangerous situation will came to me and my family. And I don't want my family in dangerous situation because of me and my family is only an ordinary family not like Shirou family who is a famous magus family, maybe I want to use a Red Dragon Emperor name as a tool to reach my goal to became a Harem king at first, but after I'm thinking it carefully, I'm too weak to hold that title and for me the safety of my family is my first priority. So I gave up my dream to became a Harem King and make a new dream to protect my family and all the person that I love."

"You made a good choice, Hyoudou Issei," Vali smiling, he really like Issei character who thinking about the goodness of his family first rather than his stupid dream. Vali maybe look like a fighting junkies outside but in inside he is a man who will do anything to protect all the person his love especially his mother, the person he love the most in this world. "I hope you reach your new goal. Let's meet again later."

After saying that word, Vali walk away from Issei and Irina, and left the two of them alone.

"Fyuuh, thank goodness that he didn't want to fight and only want to talk," Issei said while wipe the sweat on his forehead. "I'm really afraid that we will lost our life."

"Yeah, he is really scary and strong," Irina said. "I didn't think we can win if we fight againt's him."

"I must training more harder!" Issei said. "So I can protect all the person that I held dear if someone as strong as him threatening me and my family."

"Yeah me to," Irina said. "I feel so useless when I'm in front of him."

"Let's go home first, Irina," Issei said. "And made a good schedule and plan for our training, so we can became more stronger!"

"Okay Issei-kun," Irina said. "That's was a very good idea!"
