"Hi." Max whispered to Emma that has finally regained her senses.

The ringing in her head had stopped and the headache was nowhere to be found.

With the system having been able to link with her once again, it seemed all her upgrades were back.

She could finally stop feeling fear of totally losing the man in front of her, that had somehow engraved in her heart eased.

The memory of the assassination attempt flashed in her head like a movie in slow motion.

Her whole body trembled as if she had just relived the moment. Her heartbeat spiked up and then her nose began to bleed.

A droplet of blood trickled down her nose, but was gently wiped off by Max.

"Olivia, can you hear me?" Max asked once again, gazing into her eyes that looked all shaken up.

It doesn't take a genius to realize she was recalling her accident.
