CHAPTER 3
The King brought everyone back to the castle. He took his precious daughter to her room for rest. The Princess Eva was still in her slumber land, even after the journey Princess Alora was asleep too. In there room he saw both of his daughters with love and care in his eyes. He was more worried about Princess Alora, but as soon he kept his daughter in her crib she woke up showing her most beautiful silver eyes and was fresh like newly bloomed Lilly. He brought back his daughter in his arms and caressed her beautiful face. She had round face with crystal clear white skin which looked so delicate that the King subconsciously took more care to handle her. She had moon face like forehead with gray eyes who shines silver in light, small adorable nose with reddish mauve colored lips which smiled brightly at the King. She looked so adorable that he wasn't ready to keep away from him for even a moment. Later, all night he played with her and didn't left her side until dawn when she finally went to sleep. Although he never slept the night he wasn't tired but was more than satisfied after palying with his precious.
Soon the days passed, it turned into months and than into years. The two beautiful toddler Princesses turned into adorable highnesses who were learning new things everyday. They were the most curious and eager to know kind of babies, with required obedience as well. But most importantly they were the most precious gems for this kingdom and were dotted by everyone. As usual the King took special care of his extraordinary daughter at the most but never injustified between the sisters and treated both of them equally. No matter both were twins but they were a bit different from each other. They even looked different, but had there own unique qualities to represent themselves. Princess Eva looked younger and more like a mischievous child, where Princess Alora was more like a queen herself. She was well disciplined and alot calmer but little fragile towards her unique powers. As Princess Alora grew older her powers grew with her too. On every full moon night she used to behave weird and used to lock herself, so that no one could see it. The King personally use to train her with the help of Magician Xacka. Sowly the things turned back to normal. Princess Alora found interesting about her power and looked like she controled herself very well.
It was 10th birth anniversary of the princesses and the whole kingdom was excited to celebrate it. Even the King himself organized a ball for his daughters with all of there friends and the kingdom. But behind his excitement he was concerned about Princess Alora's powers as it was to be the full moon night. The King made all the necessary arrangements for the ball and called the ceremony for both of them. Even the princesses were all set for the evening. Princess Eva wore the pink round neck evening gown with diamonds embedded on it. She was dazzling with diamond jewelry and her golden brown hair set free on her shoulders giving a perfect cute princess look. Her green eyes wear full of joy for tonight and was cheerfully chirping like bird all over everywhere in the castle. As for Princess Alora she acted as usual. She was dressed in blue and silver lining, closed neck princess gown with not too much of diamonds works but still elegant design hanging at the top of the shoulders and at the bottom, at the end of the gown. She wore small dazzling blue daimond ear tops and her platinum blonde hair tied away from her face, giving an elegant queen look. Completing her elegance she wore white silk hand gloves cause sometimes her powers displays on this day and she don't want to create any scene tonight. Both the princesses were set to slay in the ball room. "Good evening people of Drayceland. I'm your host for tonight, your King Derrek, of Drayceland, thanking you all for gracing your presence on the occasion of my daughters' 10th birth anniversary. Please welcome Princess Alora of Drayceland and Princess Eva of Drayceland." on the announcement both gorgeous princesses entered the room. Everyone present in the ball room praised there beauty. After the cake cutting ceremony everyone were offered the cake and the King brought the princesses to the dance floor and started dancing. The trio looked so beautiful that everyone saw them with an awe.
Soon the midnight hit. As expected Princess Alora started showing the symptoms of the full moon night. As the King was keeping the close eye on her, he took her to her room to calm herself. She was stone cold when the King hold her to his chest. "Calm down Alora. You have too calm down. Tell me what's happening to you?" the King tried to sound as normal as possible as not to scare her more. "Father, something is hurting. I can't feel my hands anymore. Ah!" suddenly a strong beam came through her hands and hit the curtain, freezing it. The King fell backwards while dodging the beam. Both of them were scared on this sudden attack. Princess Alora never had this kind of cases ever before. Suddenly icy beams were coming out from her hands. "Father, what's happening?" she was scared and because of it more powerful beams started coming through. "Calm down dear! Don't be scared! It'll only worse." while saying this he was heading towards her to embrace her. "No! I don't wanna hurt you!" she turned away from the King. "You need to control it Alora. You can do it. Don't be scare. Close your eyes, take deep breaths." he was to mock down her fear. And soon she found the control. She calmed herself and got control over it. "You did it, my princess!" the King hugged his daughter tightly like he won a war. It was a kind of war that for the first time his daughter fought and won too. Ever before, when things use to go out of control he use to call Magician Xacka for help, but this time he decided to win over fear and it worked.
After coaxing his daughter to sleep, the King called the Magician Xacka for a talk. "Your Majesty, you wanted to see me?" the Magician asked and the King nodded. He called him in the open garden on the palace to have a good talk in fresh air. The King was facing the moon and was in deep thoughts. "It happened again. The Princess was about to go out of control but she took over it. She learned to control herself." the King told everything that happened. "Is that so my King then, its really a good thing to hear. She's learning herself and thats what we ever wanted." the Magician was happy to know. But the King didn't looked happy while saying it. "I think we should isolate her more so that she'll have full control over it. I can't see her in pain anymore." he explained his sorrow to the Magician. "Don't worry Your Majesty, she'll be okay. Your thinking too much. Of course she needs to learn more but don't steal her childhood. She needs to be calm and peaceful. Isolation will only make things worse. I highly recommend don't do it." the Magician proudly displayed the denial of the King's suggestion. "I wish we could just separate her powers from her..."
"Don't, Your Majesty its her identity. She was destined to be a god. And these are small delimmas. It's okay to be extra ordinary. And didn't you wanted the Drayceland's saviour. She is really gonna be the history of Drayceland. Don't worry." the Magician cut the King's talk. It was all true. Princess Alora seemed to be destined to save Drayceland from crisis. Hearing this the King calmed himself. As for the fatherly heart he wasn't at ease.
