Waking up in the morning at 5 A.M sharp as I have been doing for the last 14 years I start my daily routine. I brush my teeth, wash my face to wake me up, and then get dressed in some special sweats. These sweats were made out of an ultra-dense thread so instead of weighing a pound or 2 they weighed 45 kg (100 lbs). Turning on the increase in gravity with my current limit being 2.5x the extra weight on my body purely from the weights and not my own body weight came out to 158 kg (350 lbs).
I figured out quite some time ago that the gravity increase isn't just 2.5 times the weight. no. instead its the weight plus 2.5 times the weight. so for the gravity, the weight works like 100+(2.5*100)= 350. which gets added to the gravity from my body weight. currently, I weigh 104 kgs(230 lbs). so the extra weight being added to me from my body weight is 260 kgs (575lbs). which means total it is 158kgs(350lbs) + 260kgs(575lbs) = 418kgs(925lbs) extra weight added on to me. This new Qi stage adds a lot of extra gravity than what I'm used to now. I guess this run isn't going to be the easiest. Oh, well I guess it will be one hell of a morning workout before the first day. It has been a long time since I have been this excited about a morning warmup!
Doing some light stretches to get used to the additional weight I head out my door and look around. From the looks of things everyone is still asleep which makes sense, it is 4 in the morning. Heading out the front door I turn on my phone, turn on some music, and open a mapping app that helps track your running distance. It is really helpful when you are trying to set up a new running course and you don't know how long you have run. After getting everything ready I start my run, and when I say run. I mean run, no jogging, no speed walking, running.
For the last I don't know 10 years I have been going on morning runs to clear my head and get ready for the day. The extra weight makes it so that I will break a sweat and get a good work out, but with the current increase in gravity, it isn't any walk in the park. I actually have to push myself right now. I know if I was in a secure location where I could run at my top speed of over 100mph then it would be a grueling workout. But because I can't this will have to be good enough.
Looking around to make sure no one is looking I start to shadow box. This is when you box against imaginary opponents. This is a skill that many imitate and few master. The key to shadow boxing is experience. If you have never fought with someone or something then you don't know what to picture in your head to properly box and create strategies. I am one of those people who have the experience necessary to properly shadow box. With countless training sessions with my father and against waves of robots in the pit I have amassed quite a bit of experience.
Anyways, as I start my boxing I immediately notice a difference in the force that I can exert. The punches that I am throwing out right now are enough to blow holes in reinforced concrete and send a man with high endurance flying several hundred meters straight before hitting the ground. I am actually striking with such explosive force and speed that you can actually hear my fists creating miniature sonic booms! THIS IS TOO COOL! I am like some kind of man-rocket-machinegun who can create destruction with only a small punch! too cool!
suppressing the massive grin on my face from the amazing power I have now, I walk into Mellbrook after an hour and 15 miles of running and punching. I decide since I'm in such a good mood I'll go ahead and cook some breakfast. walking into the kitchen I run into Mr. Number and Mr. Transport already in the kitchen drinking coffee.
"Morning" (David)
"You are very sweaty. You do realize that on your first day of HTCP training they will probably be physically training you correct?" (Mr. N)
"Good morning David, ignore Mr. Numbers here. He is not much of a morning person until he has gotten 2 cups of coffee into him. Currently, he is only on his first" (Mr. T)
"It's fine, and yes I do realize that but I only went on a 15-mile run. So really it was more of a warm-up for the day. Well, anyway I'm going to make some breakfast do either one of you want anything?"
"You know how to cook?" (Mr. T)
"I do. I'm making myself eggs over medium, crispy bacon, and some of that cinnamon raisin toast we have with I nice spread of butter and jam."
"Then yes if you would be so kind I would love some." (Mr. T)
"I as well. Thank you" (Mr.N)
"I might as well make some scrambled eggs bacon and toast for everyone else. Scrambled eggs will last longer if they are covered."
"That is very kind of you David. I am sure that others will be very grateful."
"Yeah, Yeah no problem. Let me focus on this so I can eat and take a shower before we have to go down for our first day."
That is exactly what I did, after cooking all of the food I ate my portion of 6 eggs, 6 slices of bacon and 4 pieces of toast, all polished off with a large glass of cold milk and hit the shower. After getting showered, dressed, and my backpack packed for the day with school supplies I checked the clock. It is currently 7:30 A.M. Perfect. Stepping out of my room I walk into the kitchen where I see everyone else scarfing down food, smiling I say.
"I hope you like it. It was made with lots of love <3" *blow kiss*
" Yeah its really good, and here I thought we would just eat a bowl of cereal and call it good. Thanks a lot David." (Vince)
"Thank you" (everyone else)
"your welcome. I'm glad you all like it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and all that nonsense. Now it's almost 7:45 and I believe we were told to meet in the common room so you all finish up, wash off your dish and meet me there"
"yes mom" (Nick)
"..." (everyone)
"what? he acts like mother hin! I'm not wrong, stop looking at me like that!" (Nick)
"It's just a little weird to be calling some other guy your mom don't you think?" (Vince)
"yeah bro it's a little weird. But moving on. Hurry up it's almost time to get to this welcome meeting" (David)
