CHAPTER ELEVEN

EUNJEE

Its been day's since the last time I talked to Mark, his been really sweet since the last time we saw each other, he made sure that we are both on the same page when it comes to our relationship but since they just had their successful comeback they've been very busy and as far as I know they've been packed with interviews and shows to promote their new song. I've been very busy myself, since i started working with patient Newt, i've been staying up late more often just to find the right cure for this patient. Well except today since this is the reason for my overtimes for the past few days because today, Anne and I are going to see each other. She's been in here for four days now, and starting today shes going to stay with me until she goes home. It was a good thing that the hospital allowed me to use my days off because I havent had the chance to use them since im always working because of patients Newt.

I sighed while waiting for Anne since we both agreed to meet at a nearby cafe from her hotel I thought she'd come early ,but unfortunately i've been waiting for her for about 30 minutes now. I've already ordered myself some Ice americano and has been using my phone just to pass the time, it was a good thing that im a very patient person. I've already texted her which she responded ten minutes ago. I scrolled through my phone and then I remember that i havent told Mark that im meeting Anne today.

To:Mark

Hey! I'm meeting Anne today and have been waiting for her for half an hour now. Just thought i should tell you. Stay healthy, also tell the guys to stay healthy as well. Take care of yourselves. Thats all. 😊☺️

I hit send and waited for it to get sent and when it did I turned off my phone only to see Anne approaching the cafe with her stuff. When she sees me she started running and i stood up smiling waiting for her to hug me.

"Oh my gosh!! i missed you boo" she crushes me with her hug and i did the same while we both giggle and tell each other how much we miss each other. "Oh my gosh! You are so freaking thin Eunjee. What happened to you?" She starts inspecting my body pinching me from time to time.

"Relax Anne, I stay up almost all the time. So explains my thinning but im working on gaining weight again somdont worry" i told her as she continues to scan me.

"Still you look hot boo. I bet marriage life suits you." She teases me before sitting in the chair in front of me. "Where is he anyways? U though im going to meet him right away?!" She still dirsnt know that Mark is my husband. I havent had the chance to give her any ckue about my relationship with the biys and i fear that if she finds out she might start to panick or worst fan girling cause she really has a thing for Jaebum. Shes just too demure to even admit it.

"Well you'll meet him soon enough. For now we have some catching up to do" she claps to that before ordering herself some drinks and we both went to my car. I planned to bring her to some good places around Korea so she'll atleast have some good memories of Korea. She was stuck in their hotel for three days since they arrived here because of the seminar but now that she has time to roam around I plan to show her a little bit of Korea that I know.

I first planned on bringing her to lunch since its almost lunch time and there are a lot of good places to eat here in Korea that I also i wanted to try but can't because of my schedule and because i dont have anyone to go with. So now that I have someone to eat with might as well try some right.

//MARK

"Again, this is Mark of Got7, do grab a copy of our latest album Eyes on You, available nationwide!" I said in front of the camera, today was like any other days we have after our comeback. We've been on and off cam promoting our album and the only break we have is right next to none. We all did our things during this kind of segments and when the other guys were done with their own invites and promotion we heard the director say cut and we're done.

Jb was the first one to sigh so did the rest of us, it was obvious that we were all tired. The staff were kind enough to let us drift off to sleep during make up and when we are waiting for our time to perform.

We all went to our dressing room and change to our daily clothes and gathered our things. After this show we were supposed to go back to JYP entertainment and finish signing the remaining albums and Posters but manager informed us that JYP himself wants to meet with us.

We all gathered inside our van, no one was daring to speak or start a talk we were all tired and would really appreciate to have a little rest but we all cant ask for that since we are doing this all for our fans.

I took out my phone and saw that Eunjee texted me hours ago, I haven't had the chance to talk to her since our comeback. I've been really busy but she always make time to text me, informing me what shes up to. I sometimes feel guilty, i know we still need to talk about the thing between us and me being so busy doesn't really help me now. I read her text, i already knew that her bestfriend is coming here, I also know that she wants me to meet her but with my schedule and all I don't really know if I can.

The guys were already sleeping except me, I decided to call her hoping she's not on duty. After a few rings she finally answered.

"Mark?" she answers

"Hey" i smiled just by hearing her voice

"Whats wrong? are you alright?" she asks

"Relax, I just read your message and decided to call you"

"ahhh. So whats up?"

"The guys and I are headed to JYP hyung right now. How bout you? its been awhile since i last heard your voice"

"hmm. Is that your way of telling me you miss me" she hopes

"maybe, how about you? did you miss me?"

"maybe! I've been busy for the past few days so i could hang out with Anne after"

"Did you girls have fun?"

"We did... we actually went to some place i think you guys should try when you have the time" Eunjee tells me, it was then that I felt Youngjae moved a bit beside me but still with eyes closed

"Thats good to know then..." i told her sounding a bit sad, i also wanted to hang out with Eunjee, I also want to see her smile and get all happy when shes with me. God I miss her.

"You should probably rest. I know your tired and all." she tells me

"Then keep talking. Hearing your voice keeps me calm" i told her and i almost heard her smirk from what i said.

"You act cute now wait til we see each other again" she teases me a bit and its my time to smirk.

"Oh we both know I can do more than just act cute when we're together" i heard her laugh for a bit so i did also laugh a little bit.

"Hyung, did you just giggle?" Jackson groggily say then looks at me then laughs. "Are you having a booty call?!"

I didn't answer his question instead I smacked his head and on the phone I hear Eunjee laughing. Jackson made his usual teasing sounds that woke everyone up I thought they'd be pissed but they weren't they were infact interested in teasing me than killing Jackson for cutting their beauty rest.

"Hey, i should probably talk to you later. The guys wont stop teasing me" I told Eunjee while she kept on laughing with what the guys were saying

"Okay, take care okay. Don't get sick! I guess i'll see when I see you?!" she says

"I'll text you from time to time, call me if you need anything okay." she says okay before hanging up. I turned off my phone while the boys kept looking at me. " What now?" I asked them

"Someones happy!" Bambam teased making all the guys laugh.

"Does Eunjee noona knows you're seeing someone else?" Yugyeom asked

"Stupid!! The one I was talking to was Eunjee" Yugyeom's eyes popped out

"You're having a booty call with noona now?! WHEN DID YOU GUYS START GETTING ALONG JUST LIKE THAT?!" He says

"I never imagined you giggling to what Eunjee would say! Did you guys do something that shouldnt be done thats why your acting really civil?" Jinyoung asks

"I heard him say Eunjee noonas voice makes him calm. Thats really something right?" Youngjae said earning another howling sounds from the guys and laughs.

They kept going on about my relationship with Eunjee to the point where i didnt even bother to tell them stop because they'll just keep going. They were again full of energy with all the teasing and random comments about our relationship. If we didnt saw JYP-hyung standing in front of the restobar we wouldn't have realized that we've reached our destination.

We all smiled to JYP as we greet him and bow for respect we also man hugged him, just a simple gesture of brotherly love. We all entered the restobar and was escorted to a private room with a karaoke in the center and a long table with two long connected chair facing the table. We all sat down with JYP in between Jb and Jinyoung on the other chair with Youngjae, while the rest on the other chair.

"I wont waste your time, I know all your struggles for the past years and may i say that I am proud of you all. I know all your hardships and how you all would love to have a little break, sadly i cant give you that right now but for today. I want you to enjoy, eat, sing your hearts out or dance, whatever floats your bubble. Take this time as time for you to have fun by just being yourselves. Everything is on me." JYP says and after his speech we all cheered earning a laugh from JYP. This is why I love my company, this people has become part of my family and i just cant replace them for anything in this world.

//EUNJEE

I closed my phone with a curious Anne in front of me. She saw the Marks name flashed on my phone when he was calling, I didnt get to answer it right away because i had to stop Anne from answering it first before me. Now that i was done talking to Mark shes been eyeing me challenging me to spill or her eyes will kill me kind of eyeing.

"SO?! she tells me with a duh tone

"So what?" I moved a little away from her just to prolong this conversation. Ever since we came back from everything we did today, shes been asking me about Mark and I just kept on delaying the converstion cause i dont know where to start. I hid our wedding picture before just to prevent her from over reacting once she sees them.

"YOUNG LADY IF YOU KEEP DELAYING THIS FAR TOO LONG OVERDUE STORY I WILL DEFINITELY TICKLE YOU TO DEATH RIGHT THIS INSTANT!!" she burst out making me laugh so hard because she looks really funny when shes pissed.

"Fine...Fine. Just dont over react when i tell who he really is." I told her.

"Okay. Its not like the Mark that flashed in your phone was someone i know. So who this guy?!" She looks at me ready to receive whatever im going to tell her

"His someone you know. You might not believe me so I im just going to show you" I took out one photoframe under the sofa and slightly raised it in front of me, i look at it first before giving it to Anne. It was our wedding photo so I dont know if she'll believe me but it was my best way to prove it. She holds on the frame for about a second or two before looking at me with her mouth slightly opening and closing.

"YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME?!!! This is impossible. I didnt know you have got some great skills in editing." She teases me but i didn't react instead i looked at her waiting for her to accept my fate "No way! This...this is impossible. You can't be married to Mark Tuan. His like...his like very busy to even take a glance on someone!"

"Well he did and he glanced at me" i told her before grabinf the frame out of her. I took out our wedding album which doesnt have much but is enough to prove my point. I gave it to her and she opens it slowly. "Actually it was sort of an arrange marriage. Nobody knows we're married except those people in the picture and some of my collegues in the hospital. Their manager knows too and so as JYP himself." She keeps scanning the pictures looking through every detail "I'm sorry i didnt tell you sooner. I wish i had the guts to open this us but i didnt it was harder than what it looks like. We didnt even start as a lovely couple doing couply things. For weeks after Mark and I got married we pretended in front of his parents that we're both okay with the situation we got into. Well sort of okay. We both didnt have a choice and eventually we kind of got closer to each other and now we are trying to work things out" she looks at me with eyes ready to burst out.

"I dont understand?! Why would you even be involved in an arranged marriage? I mean no offense both of your parents are dead, you've been living alone for years now why would they show up now?!" She fumes, knowing her she doesn't like this kind of things where she doesnt have the upper hand in things so because of her personality like that she also doesn't like any people around her especially the people closed to her being bullied.

"Well this one was in my father last will. Aside from my inheritance from mom my father left a large some of money but before i could get that he had to make sure that I was taken care of. Sadly, his way of resolve was to tie me up with Tuan family which happens to be my parents old friends and they sort of had this promise to each other to make their children get married someday and now here we are!"

"OH COME ON! Even if this is the Mark Tuan of GOT7, it changes everything. You didn't even had a chance to fall or to experience the joy of preparing your wedding with someone you actually love!!" She exclaims.

"Well it also doesn't mean I cant now." I try assuring her but she shakes her head and holds both of my hands.

"Not everything can be cookies and rainbows Eunjee." She tells me

"What do you mean by that?"

"Not everything is sweet and colorful. In this kind of life you entered there'll be dull moments and you'll have to deal with a lot of things." she explains to me

"Well for now I can just worry about what happens today. Mark and I are doing just fine for now. Can't you just support me on this one?" I sincerely hope she'd just support me because she means the world to me and it would really affect me if she doesn't support me.

"Fine! I could never resist you and I know your big enough to handle this stuff. I'll always support you boo" she hugs me and I hugged her back squeezing her a little bit in the process. "But you really need to introduce me to  GOT7 cause you owe me big time" we both laughed at that and I nodded.

"Just promise me you wont do something stupid once you meet them" she pushes me a bit forward and looks at me for a second

"Boo I cant make promises but i'll try" I laughed at her response cause knowing her, she can't resist not doing something when she sees something she likes and the boys are like on her very top most likable things. The boys will just have to suck it up and enjoy the attention Anne's going to give them.
