Chapter 37. Driving

THE briefing of the new case Phoenix Agency's agents would handle was connected to the one who manipulated the syndicate for years, which was the l'Association de l'Orage—its English name was Storm Association.

"Since we already destroyed their main sources of dirty money, they're now looking for Phantom Syndicate's replacement."

The situation room's lights were dimmed, the projector was on and the projector screen was showing the possible groups that could replace the syndicate.

Stone Herrera, the head of the agency, went on explaining. "We've been keeping an eye with different entertainment agencies for years now. Even the broadcasting corporations. Rexton was leading the group back then."

Ah, that was why dela Costa suddenly became a CEO of his mother side's entertainment company and resigned as the CEO of their malls few years ago. "But, why do we need sleeper agents in this job?" He tried to sound not affected about the fact that Jinny was in the same room, critically listening to the briefing.

"They're going to do an important role in these missions. In our case, these two, Agent BL and Agent Jia, will infiltrate Wang Xi, disguised as some artists who want to change agencies," it was the lawyer who answered that.
