Goodbye

"Knock knock, you guys ready? We have to get to the venue," said Namjoon through the door.

"When?" replied Jimin.

"We're supposed to be in the car now," said Namjoon. "Wake Jungkook up too."

"Excuse me, I'm already up," I replied offended.

"Oh, Well get dressed and hurry up," Namjoon walked away.

"Truce?" Suggested Jimin.

"Truce," I replied.

We hugged and went down to the lobby to join the other five members. We got in the big black van and headed for the Allstate Arena. We arrived at around 12 and got everything set up and we did a pre-rehearsal and then rested. We sat around and hung out for about four hours until our soundcheck at 5, and by 5:45 people were starting to arrive and fill up the arena. At 7:15 the concert officially started. Well, it was pretty boring to be honest. It was like the concerts in New York and Los Angeles. We did all the same songs. We performed in the same order we did for all the other concerts, the only differences I made out were the fans. They all acted different, I mean sure they were all head over heels for us, who wouldn't be but each and every fan from all our concerts had different ways of showing it, frankly it's pretty unappealing to me. By the end of the concert, we were getting done with our goodbyes. We did our last song, Spring Day, and then the concert was over. We went to the green room and rested. We were all so exhausted.

"You guys did great, as usual," said our manager as he came in. "Now I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that we're gonna be heading back to Korea in a few days, and because this was a long tour you guys can have a vacation."

We all smiled and cheered. I've never been so happy in my life.

I can finally see Hansel! By the time we all got back to the hotel we were all so tired we didn't even want to get out of the car. We rested for a few days. Jimin and I pretended that what had happened never happened until there was another copycat on the news. We went after her together and killed her together. It was more of brotherly bonding than just murdering people for us.

When we finally got back home to Korea, which was quite stress relieving might I add, I went straight to my apartment where my uncle was waiting for me with Hansel.

"How was your trip?" Asked my uncle.

"Tiring but fun," I replied sitting on the couch with Hansel happily beside me.

"Well Hansel is a great dog. I almost want you to leave again so I can take him back to Busan with me," said my uncle laughing lightly.

"Don't worry, that time will come sooner than later," I replied.

"How so?" Asked my uncle.

"Our manager gave us a vacation, so Jimin hyung and I are probably going to go to Japan," I replied.

"That sounds great, you two were never really the closest of brothers, but it appears your parents deaths brought you two closer, it was a blessing in disguise," said my uncle.

"That's pretty cold to say especially regarding your sister. You're saying that my parents had to die for Jimin hyung and I to become closer," I said.

"That's not what I mean. Anyway, I have to get going. My chief editor is out sick today so I have a heavier workload today," replied my uncle getting up and leaving.

I was finally alone and in silence, but I was so tired I couldn't even think for myself. I ended up falling asleep.

I woke up the next morning to Hansel aggressively barking at the front door. I tiredly sat up and stretched and yawned before getting up to find out who was at the door.

"What do you want? It's six in the morning," I said annoyed.

"They're onto us," replied Jimin frantically coming in.

"By all means, come on in," I said sarcastically. "What do you mean, they're onto us?" I asked.

"Oh, did I say us? I meant you," replied Jimin.

"What are you saying?" I asked again.

"The police, I'm pretty sure they know who you are," replied Jimin. "I saw them around your neighborhood when I was walking by, they were just around here a few minutes ago. We never went over any contingency plan on if one of us ever got caught."

"Don't worry, they won't find me. Even if they did they don't have enough evidence to convict me. I'd be out in five years tops," I bluntly replied.

"Doesn't matter, they're still going to find you," said Jimin. "I can't lose you too. You're all I have left."

"What do you mean? You have uncle and the guys," I replied.

"Yes, but none of them can ever compare to how much I ever loved and cared about you, you're my baby brother," said Jimin.

"Don't worry about me Hyung, I can take care of myself," I replied.

Jimin looked at me worried.

"Don't worry. I'll be fine," I smiled.

Jimin smiled back.

"Here. You'll need him more than me now," I said handing Jimin Hansel's leash. "Take good care of him."

I hugged Hansel. His wet tongue licked my face and I felt a pang of regret.

"After I'm gone, check the safe in my music studio at BigHit. I left you something. The combination is your birthday," I said before they disappeared out the back door.

I sat in the armchair in front of the window and watched dozens of police and SWAT swarm around my building. I calmly waited as they came banging on my door. They broke my door down. How rude.

"Hands where I can see them, now!" Said Detective Park.

I laughed and placed my hands in the air.

"Now slowly get up and turn around."

I got up and turned to face him.

"Long time no see," I said.

"I have a warrant for the arrest of Jeon Jungkook. I am placing you under arrest for the murders of sixteen people, including the four international murders," replied Detective Park.

"You want to know something?" I asked.

"No," replied Detective Park.

"You'll never find enough evidence to convict me and while I'm in prison the killing will never stop. I made sure of that," I said as they forcibly took me out to the cruisers.

There was a huge crowd of people all around. They came over from different cities all over just to see the notorious Angel of Death serial killer get taken away. The killing was sure to stop for good.
