Chapter 14 back stabbers, M****ra copycat?

The current situation was a nightmare that came to life for these sorcerers that were trapped in the large dome, while the flaming Archfiend was glaring at them they hoped to somehow weaken it before the limbless Abyssal fiend behind it recovered but such hopes were immediately shattered as a green glow covered the injured monster.

They all understood what that was, someone was healing it...but who? they were the only sorcerers around within 10 miles as the newcomers had arrived.

Eyes full of fiery blame looked at one another, the newcomers believed that the Avalon member did so to prevent them from stealing the prey, the Avalon members believed it was one of the newcomers that did so to make them suffer!

One simple spell caused friction between the three groups the situation was too chaotic for them to even think of a hidden sorcerer even if there was unless that person surpassed them in total magic they'd be able to detect them as sorcerers can sense one another and for these three groups it was unthinkable for them at the moment to even believe a Sorcerer that surpassed them in magic would be bored enough to do such things.

If a couple of certain women were there, they'd immediately call bullshit and Say the same name 'Cu Chulainn!' this was one of the reasons why he was called demon incarnate even those that had adventures with him in the past would agree with these two ladies' hands down!

The Abyssal fiend was regenerating its lost limbs faster than ever and its sibling fired a burning beam towards the newcomers successfully reducing one of the people covered in shrubs to ashes thanks to one of them pushing the poor sod into the line of fire but from the person's death, the others seemed to receive some kind of blessing as their bodies expanded and the magic they had doubled!

the armored people would've been mistaken for knights if it weren't for the familiar sorcerer's arms they quickly landed before fusing together becoming a six-headed and twelve armed giant before they fired a large round object at the Chthonian Fiend, that upon impact exploded and stunned the fiend briefly thanks for the shot hitting square in the face!

the shrub-covered sorcerers followed the armored people's attack by firing continuous beams of magic hitting it at the torso region before a dustcloud formed as thanks to the fiends armor the beam scattered about searing through the ground near its feet and some scatter lesser beams of light reaching the skies.

The was also a few that were redirected towards some of the still weakened Avalon Sorcerers as one of them received a beam through the abdomen leaving a hole there and the other one which was one of their precious shielders was torn up as the shield worked against the said sorcerer as the stone shield and armor cooked him alive as his heart curling screams quickly stopped since his body got melted inside of the still-standing, and now, bright red armor!

One of the Avalon sorcerers yelled in fury towards the shrub-covered bastards before firing an explosive stone towards them. the leader tried to stop him but he was too late now things are just going to get harder.

"You bastards!!!"

"WA-WAIT YOU DAMNED FOOL!!!"

The targets of the sorcerer were still focused on their beam spell to even notice the incoming attack as they managed to chip off some of the armor of the archfiend, the group was about to celebrate but the destructive power of a silver ranked explosive stone against grand sorcerers was evident even if they were buffed up by such blessings.

The group was sent flying scattered the majority of them were half dead the first two that died seemed to increase the magic and life-force of the rest thus they managed to survive however the only one that was able to come out unscathed was mad he wanted to drink the blood of the dastardly Avalon Sorcerers!

Their attack earlier wasn't on purpose and the Man that fired that spell at his group broke an unwritten rule if it was an accident the perpetrators are to pay a fine for the losses that were suffered when fighting an archfiend which all of the orders had no problem with rather than going to war with another order.

if the attack was on purpose that was a clear sign of declaring war should the victim's order find out and every order has multiple allies including the group that the person from Avalon attacked!

"Damned Avalon Scum! the order of the Silva shall make you pay!!!"

But that was only possible if his group got back to their order the Six headed giant fired its explosive attacks at the survivors!

They were the order of Ferrum, hidden allies of Avalon, they had a few marriage ties as well, which is why they reacted so quickly when the Avalon sorcerer fired the first shot as they can't risk letting their ally weaken and in turn put themselves in danger now, can they?

The man from Silva stood there in shock as his group and the one that was attacking have been allies for some time confused and torn by the sudden betrayal the ending he received was twice the explosive compared to his brothers and sisters as two large explosive stones quickly reached his location.

a voice that was intermixed with five others called out.

"We must hurry brothers and sisters from Avalon before the Archfiend attack us together!"

the giant began firing a hail of frost arrows at the Chthonian fiend that was planning to make it a close combat fight but with six arms firing the same element and numbered 30 with each shot it took five shots to freeze the friend in a mountain of ice temporarily immobilizing it!

The Avalon Sorcerers rushed to recover their injuries they were down to 9 people as the 10th couldn't use the other offering as they were already exhausted as were his comrades physically so he was to sit back and be ready to sacrifice one of the corpses to support the people Ferrum.

His comrades tried raining the Abyssal fiend that was about to get up with stone-based spells while its sibling was encased in the frozen hell, their target responded with a breath for lightning, not at them but to the skies it was then they remembered the terror thus the leader called out to the giant of Ferrum.

"Brothers from Ferrum! Do not let the blue circles touch you!"

the giant quickly jumped back from its location as a series of electrical explosions emerged from its previous location!

But that wasn't all, the explosions freed the frozen fiend as it spoke some gibberish before digging its hand into the ground and reached for the skies with the other before saying words that brought dread upon those that heard before the used all that they could into every defense spell they had!

A large portal appeared in the sky as if to welcome what was to come, the area quickly increased in temperature by a few dozen degrees and it was still rising before a large burning rock came falling through the portal but that wasn't all as the monster was now Gaffawed before it spoke in the common language.

"Puny sorcerers there are still two more!"

it was enjoying their reactions as they were in disbelief as it just spoke to them with sentience!

they believed it was a lie at first but two more portals appeared before the ground began to melt and two more of these death-bringing spells had arrived!
