Chapter 7.2, Friend

"Do I know you?" Si liuqi broke the silence and asked.

"I have never met with you before, but your aura feels very familiar." Answered Su Rei. "In fact we may be really distinct blood relatives. Can you tell me the names of your parents?"

"I'm sorry. I have no memories of my parents. I have no memories of my childhood. " Si Liuqi said. "Also how were you able to see my aura?"

"So you have a memory lose huh... Oh right, the reason I was able to sense your aura was because of this." Su Rei then manifested his soul essence. It was a sword that seemed to be indulged in flames. The exterior of the sword seemed beautiful and gave of a holy aura. "This is my soul essence, fiery blade of the 9 heavens."

"It really does familiar..." Liuqi pondered.

"When I was getting out of my dorm room it started vibrating and pulled my body here." Su Rei answered again. "This is the first time it did something like this. The sword had vibrated before, but it had never pulled my body to a reaction. Also what was your name again?"

"Ah, right, my name is Si Liuqi, you can just call me Liuqi." Liuqi said.

"You can also call me Rei Rei if you want. That's what my family call me. Since it looks like we are related you can just call me that." Su Rei said.

"So what is your soul essence, Liuqi?"

Liquit then manifested his soul essence. "It's just this lizard that has two hea... What? Why does it have three heads now?" The formerly two-headed lizard now had three heads, seemed a little bit bigger and there was wings as small as a chicken wing on it's sides. "It-It mutated?!"

"A three headed lizard? Maybe it's a hydra subspecies." Said Su Rei. Then he tought to himself. "We surely have a blood relation. But the Fiery Sword Of The Nine Heavens is a really dominant soul essence, even my mother's soul essence ,which was a Dragon Dolphin, was not passed on to me. It seems like Liuqi's soul essence is really dominant."

Su Rei then noticed that Liuqi was actually putting up a stand here. "So, what are you selling?" He asked.

Liuqi then pulled a piece of metal out of the bucket he was carrying this whole time. "This is what I am selling. It's an Aqua Marine Stone, and it can probably block an attack from a soul grandmaster and maybe some soul elders."

"Can block an attack from a soul elder?" Su Rei asked. "Do you mind if I try?"

"Yes it would actually help to see if it is actually effective or not." Liuqi smilingly nodded. He then threw a piece of stone to Su Rei.

"Here I go then!" Su Rei quickly sliced his soul essence, aka za swordo, to the incoming stone. Three rings appeared behind him, 3 purple. The second one of them then shined. "2nd Heaven, Fiery Pursuit!" Then a fire blast clashed with the sword. The stone launched back five to six meters, luckily without hitting anyone. It wasn't broken, it didn't have a crack, and, on top of all, there was no scartch marks on it.

Then Su Rei spoke. "Even though Fiery Pursuit is not my strongest move, it has the strongest burst of all of them, which makes it the most harmful. I"m positive that even if some soul ancestors tried to attack it, it may only break into few multiple pieces." He turned back to Liuqi and asked. "Does it have any special effects or something?"

"Not with regular water, but if it were to be some different kind of liquid, it might have some effects." Liuqi honestly answered. "I have only tried to condense water so far."

Su Rei then shockingly asked. "Wait. Are you saying that you can produce this stone and maybe even stronger ones?"

Liuqi answered. "Yup. It's my first soul ring's ability, I think I named it Liquid Condensation. It gives me the ability to condense Liquid into solid form, without freezing it to make it a kind of ice. Also the durabilities and the effects of the products may increase with my soul level."

"You can also increase their durability even more?" Su Rei asked while he was even more flabbergasted. "Since it's able to hold agaisnt an attack of mine, your soul level should be close to level 30, right?"

"Nope, I'm not even a soul grandmaster." Liuqi indifferently answered.

"Hax." Su Rei complained.

"So do you want to become friends?" Liuqi asked.

"Huh aren't we already friends? I mean I even told you to call me Rei Rei." Su Rei the turned around and left for the cafeteria. "See you later, friend."
