The Demon of Ohara (One Piece Fan-Fic)

In an ancient battle field amidst the corpses of several thousand humans, a bloody battle between two humans who had clearly surpassed their mortal strength was taking place. In this world humans could increase their strength and speed by absorbing special form energy from the surroundings (Qi) into their bodies.

The fight was between a man and woman. The man a handsome appearance wearing luxurious looking battle armor, and while woman looked delicate and beautiful like a flower yet she projected the fierceness of that of a lioness on a hunt. It was clear that the woman had an advantage as man was cleared bruised and blood could be seen dripping though the corner of the lips.

"It is unfortunate what happened to you clan but for the greater good of the realm they had to be destroyed, although it was a huge sin committed by slaughtering hundreds of innocent lives but it's a sin I would willingly commit to save the lives millions of lives that inhabit the realm. Look around you, clearly on your path to revenge you have taken way more lives and destroyed way more family than we did when we destroyed your clan." Said the man.

"Ha Ha Ha" The woman laughed as if she had heard a really funny joke and spoke "I am very well aware of sins and I am fully prepared to atone for them in my afterlife but it was you and your clan that forced me to walk this path. Just because of obscure prophecy that predicted our clans cultivation technique would be used by demons to gain access to our realm you destroyed my clan. You did not even give us a chance or a helping hand to strengthen our self so that demons could never take it from us. DO YOU REALLY TAKE ME FOR A FOOL? Do you think I don't know about the fact that your clan still has a copy of the cultivation technique and you are even letting the murderers of my clan to practice it as a rewards for participating in the slaughter? Stop stalling for time and just accept your death"

"No you can't destroy us, if you do there won't be anyone left to protect the realm from demon invasion. We are the protectors of humanity every thing we do is for the greater good of humans and this realm"

"Like I care" replied the woman while getting closer to behead the man with her glaive.

But before she could behead him suddenly an old man appeared out of nowhere and stopped her glaive. The old man was bald and was wearing clothes similar to that of a Buddhist monk. "I really can't let you kill him or destroy the clan as what he said is true. We are the protectors of the realm and seal on the demon realm can only be maintained by us due to our special bloodline" said the old man. He had an apologetic look on his face and he continued" I am really sorry for what my descendants of my clan have done while I can't let you destroy them but I have arranged for severe punishments to your clan's murderers and placed laws so that your situation doesn't repeat again in the future. But I also understand you won't rest until your revenge but let me make upto you by taking all your sins and let me suffer in hell for these sins and let you enter the cycle of rebirth. Hopefully you have a much better life than this"

Before either the man or the woman could react the old man grabbed the woman's hand and chanted a mysterious incantation while drawing a mysterious symbol the woman's forehead and as soon as the incantation was finished, it took barely a second, and both old man and the woman disappeared the spot as if they were never there in the first place.
