Looking at the wide opening, Zhang Yu Han felt his blood drain off his head and he staggered backward. However, Li Qin Yao's scream quickly snapped him back to reality.
Zhang Yu Han patted at his face a few times and warned himself that this was not the time for him to faint. His wife was in labor and she needed him right now. If he fainted, then, his wife and child would be in great danger.
"Doctor Qiao, I don't think I can hold on until the paramedics arrive," Li Qin Yao spoke. "I want to start pushing."
"Mister Zhang," Doctor Qiao's calm voice was heard from the loudspeaker. "How many centimeters?"
Zhang Yu Han turned to look at the opening again. "Five." He shouted.
Or was that four and a half? Should he give a proper measurement? What should he do? He did not know how to measure properly!
"Mrs. Zhang, hold on. It's still too early for you to start pushing," Doctor Qiao spoke.
