It's apparently a good idea to swap clothes when returning home. Your clothes carry a lot of dirt, debris, germs and bacteria.

At the very least, you should go sleep in clean clothes. This should improve your health over time. This is something I've never done before, but I'll be trying it out.

My old phone is now is basically unusable. Securing all the useful data was a huge hassle and wasted way too much fime.
