Ripp Ripp!

Two branches had struck my left and right. Sending the massive energy into me. It was quickly captured, and the affected parts were sealed.

I may be dealing with the damage quickly, but the primary danger remains, and it is improving.

The tree isn't as intelligent as humans, but it seems to have some intelligence as it is improving. I didn't notice at first, but as the minute passed, I began to notice it.

I reacted immediately to that and changed my combat style, but the reprieve was small.

It learned my capabilities. It understood how fast, I could move and how strong I am along with many other things.

It's why the branches had become slimmer before, and the thorns become more blade-like.

It had increased the speed of the branches and lethality of the thorns.

Not all things are bad.
