I let out a long breath as I finished practicing the strengthening method, before vaporizing the sweat dripping from my body.

Even after practicing for months, the strengthening method is as painful as ever. 

Still, I am making good progress in it, and it would have been more amazing if I had made such progress in my treatments too, but I am not practicing them. Though, it would change from today.

I decided to take a risk and resume the treatments.

From what I have observed in the past week. Only Primary-III guards patrol every hour and Sovereigns three times a day. 

Earth Sovereign is present in the compound as their soul sense enveloped the prison like a sphere, but they never move their soul sense inside.

I have made the preparations and it would be enough to fool both Primary-III and Sovereigns. As I did not create the surrounding formation, instead tinkered with the one in the cell.
