Lin Nuan Waited in Place

Lin Nuan stood in the elevator with her heart pounding. She almost unconsciously followed those two girls out the elevator.

There was a rush of people walking in and out of the apartment after their job shift ended.

As she answered the phone, she apologized and walked towards the door. "I'm sorry that I got delayed upstairs a while. I'm already on my way out the elevator."
