Chapter 7: Far Away

It's been months since there's no news of Minah.

Youngjae attends to the party. He bumps into Taehyun, the man who slept with Minah. Youngjae ignores him.

Taehyun speaks up, "It seems you're still the same." Youngjae stops his tracks. "You honestly still believe we slept together?"

Youngjae clenches his hands. "I guess your love for her isn't that strong. You're being played. You knew but you still fell in her tricks."

Taehyun walks away. Youngjae punches the wall. Youngjae went out for some fresh air. He sighs. He looks up at the moon. (...Minah...)

After a few minutes, he returns to the party. Everyone gasps. He turns around and sees Minah in a beautiful v red maxi dress. Everyone was in an awe when she comes down the stairs.

She greets everyone. Then she notices Youngjae. She averts her eyes and avoid him. She heads to Hana. "Hana." "Minah. You're here." "Whats with the party?" "Taehyun will be going to aboard. This is a farewell party." Minah nods.

Minah stays in the corner. She feels out of place. (Why is he here? Did he and Taehyun becomes friends again?) She notices someone was standing in front of her, she looks up, it was Youngjae.

She ignores him and was about to leave but he grabs her hand. "Let's talk." "There's nothing to talk about." He wouldn't loosen his grip. She stomps on his feet.

She runs away from him. From the party. She exits the building and calls for a taxi. Youngjae follows her but it was too late, she gets in the taxi and left. (Damn it!)

Next day, Youngjae went to Jaehee'a office. "You again?" "Where's Minah?" Jaehee looks at his friend. "So it's true you regain your memories."

Jaehee returns to her computer. "Jaehee." "You made her cry. Why would I help you?" Youngjae sits on the sofa. "You weren't like that." "Like what?" "Believing what other day about Minah. After that incident, you push her away. Now you want to know her whereabouts?"

Jaehee takes something out of his desk drawer and drop it on the table in front of Youngjae. "See it for yourself."

Jaehee then returns his seat and continue to work while youngjae takes a look at the iPad. He clicks on the video.

A video of someone drugs Minah and carries her to a room. Soon Taehyun arrives and got hit on the head, he too was taken to the same room as Minah.

That someone then removes their clothes and toss it on the floor like Minah was having an affair.

Youngjae's eyes widened when he sees who it is. (Lucy??) Jaehee speaks up, "Now you know. Minah knew you won't listen to her. She told me not to show this to you." "Where is she?" Jaehee shrugs. "I asked her, she won't tell me. You're on your own."

Once again, he kicks his friend out of his office. "It's your fault so fix it. Don't come here just for me to lecture you."
