Lucky to be Part of this Project

After today's recording session, Iris and Enrique came out of the studio's live room to the control room where JJ and the technicians waited for them. JJ handed each of them a bottle of room temperature water.

"Good job today, both of you!" JJ said.

"Thanks," Iris replied with a smile.

Enrique acknowledged him with a polite nod.

"Let's go eat out and celebrate since it's our first day of recording this album," JJ announced. "I already booked a restaurant."

"Okay, but let me call my husband first to let him know," she said.

JJ gave her a mocking snort. "Just tell your husband to come, too! But there will be drinking, so don't bring the babies!"

Iris didn't mind his bad temper. She knew that although he spoke like this, he doted on her children very much.
