An Lin suddenly recalled that there was a pocket by his waist.

Within which was a silver ball, which in turn housed a small fairy.

He did not get a response when he called out Tina's name, but the cracking sound did not stop. Something amazing was clearly about to happen.

The clothes by An Lin's waist suddenly exploded with a dull thump.

And something amazing really did happen.

Everyone looked down at An Lin's waist with dumbstruck expressions.

A silver ball was floating there while emanating a scintillating light.

"What's that?" Merlin's eyes widened in shock.

"Master laid an egg! Is this a method of reproduction in the face of impending doom?!" Cassidy's eyes were wide open in shock.

"Humans are mammals, not oviparous creatures, thank you." An Lin provided this piece of general knowledge to Cassidy in an earnest voice.
