Viciously Stalking One's Prey

King Vegeta had contacted Frieza after he had finished his preparations. Kalan and King Vegeta waited for Frieza to arrive.

"The others can't sense Ki, but I can. There's tens of thousands of soldier's surrounding Planet Vegeta from a distance the scouter can't reach..." Kalan sensed many Ki signatures.

"Come, let's go. Frieza has arrived." Kalan said as he was the first one to sense Frieza's arrival.

"Already?" King Vegeta felt amazed as the scouter hadn't showed anything nor could he see Frieza's spaceship.

After waiting a few more minutes, a large round disk shaped spaceship could be seen flying towards Planet Vegeta.

Kalan along with King Vegeta and his 5 elites flew over to the spaceship. Frieza's soldiers quickly guided the group to Frieza.

Stepping into Frieza's room Kalan observed and saw Dodoria and Zarbon standing on each side behind Frieza.

"Frieza's in his 2nd form! He's being vigilant!" Kalan saw Frieza, he had 2 big black colored horns growing on his head, muscular and very long being at least 2 and a half meter long.

"Lord Frieza, this is the culprit who killed your soldiers, Mr. Kalan." King Vegeta and his elites bowed and then King Vegeta said and pushed Kalan forward. King Vegeta had immediately announced Kalan's name as well with 'Mr' in order to make sure Frieza did not embarrass himself by misidentifying Kalan's gender. As King Vegeta had already sent a message to Frieza earlier that the Saiyan was a male.

Kalan obediently walked forward.

"Hohoho. So this is the Saiyan who killed my brother's subordinates? You should know Hathkar that bull faced guy is a commander and he has a battle power of 300,000." Frieza laughed and said.

"What!" Both Dodorian and Zarbon looked at Kalan in shock.

"Seems like Cooler kept those commanders' real battle power a secret. Frieza doesn't seem to even know that they can transform. What a plan, Cooler intends to keep the information from Frieza in order to get him killed. But it works advantage." Kalan smirked inwardly.

"Lord Frieza I didn't intend to kill them, but they seemed to be working on a secret mission to harm Lord Frieza. Although they didn't tell me all of their mission, they did leak a bit when they believed they could kill me. As we Saiyans are Lord Frieza's soldiers, I was immediately jeered before being attacked. That bull faced commander even said after sending me to hell it would be yours, Lord Frieza." Kalan thought a bit and fabricated some lies.

"I did not want to fight them as my battle power is below theirs but they left me no choice but to transform into a great ape." Kalan continued.

"Hohoho, is that so? That does sound like Cooler's plan. He have always wanted to kill me so he becomes the sole ruler of the universe. But he doesn't dare to personally kill me." Frieza said.

"Mr. Dodoria please measure Mr. Kalan's battle power." Frieza ordered.

"Yes Lord Frieza." Dodoria acknowledged and pushed his scouter's button.

*Bibibibi-* *Poof* The scouter scanned and suddenly exploded.

"What! My scouter can measure up to 80,000!" Dodoria said in shock. As he had believed Kalan's battle power only to be close to Hathkar's when in great ape form.

"Mr. Dodoria have the spaceship's scanner scan Mr. Kalan." Frieza said cheerfully. He seemed happy that Kalan was stronger than he had expected.

Dodoria hurriedly got the spaceship to scan Kalan.

*Bibibibip*

"It's 120,000!" Dodoria was shocked.

"What! So high!" Zarbon looked fearfully at Kalan.

"What!" King Vegeta and his elites were shocked. They had believed that Kalan's battle power would be high and even if the scouter broke they simply believed it to be below 100,000.

"This is bad! I originally thought that only their scouters could scan energy. But if this spaceship also can... How am I supposed to ambush him with the Spirit Bomb! If it's weak, he won't die. But if it's strong he will notice it!" Kalan thought inwardly as he was disappointed that his strongest attack had gone down the drain.

At this point Kalan took a step forward and bowed to Frieza.

"Lord Frieza, this subordinate have something to report." Kalan said calmly.

King Vegeta and his elites looked worriedly at Kalan.

"King Vegeta and his guards intends to rebel. They came here with the intention to kill Lord Frieza and usurp your throne. They invited me to help and I happily 'accepted'." Kalan said and sneered at King Vegeta.

"You- You bastard!" King Vegeta was worried. He had not expected today's event. He had thought that if even just he and his elites attacked together, he would have a good chance in killing Frieza. But the mention of Frieza's brother's commander having a battle power over 300,000 was too shocking. He now wasn't sure if Dodoria and Zarbon also had very high battle powers as he knew they always followed Frieza and were his elites. He was hoping that Kalan would help him get out of this sticky situation and abort his rebellion before it got exposed. But he had not expected Kalan to expose him!

"Even if I die I'll take you down!" King Vegeta shouted angrily as he ordered his elites to surround Kalan.

"Lord Frieza what should we do with these traitors?" Kalan ignored King Vegeta and bowed to Frieza again to show his loyalty.

"Hohoho, a bunch of clowns. Mr. Kalan please get rid of these trash." Frieza said in a happy tone as if he was watching a comedy.

"Yes Lord Frieza." Kalan obeyed.

"King Vegeta let me repay for what you did to my mother." Kalan smiled at King Vegeta and charged an energy ball.

*Burrrr*

Kalan pushed the energy ball forward as it flashed forward and exploded on King Vegeta and his elites.

*Boom*

King Vegeta along with his guards were turned into dust.

"Lord Frieza I've completed your order." Kalan said.

"Hohoho. You're not bad at all. So young and so strong already." Frieza praised.

"No way! Could he be... The legendary Super Saiyan?" Dodoria exclaimed.

"Hohoho. Is that true Mr. Kalan?" Frieza also suspected.

"No Lord Frieza, I can tell you that a Super Saiyan's fur turns yellow." Kalan thought and said honestly.

"Fur is yellow? Right! Yellow!" Frieza seemed to remember something as he said and clapped with his right fist pushing down onto his left hand's open palm facing up. It turns out that when Frieza's ancestor sent the message to his descendants warning about Super Saiyans, he died while sending the message, meaning he was not able to fully transmit his words. Chilled must have wanted to say that the Super Saiyan's have their hair turned yellow.

"Mr. Kalan has shown his loyalty to me and gotten rid of these traitors. I happen to have started recruiting members to form a new elite group, there are several promising candidates aiming for the captain position. They all have battle powers ranging around 100,000, especially Mr. Ginyu have shown very high odds of winning the captain position. Mr. Kalan would you be interested in joining my new elite group? I believe with your battle power coupled with your great ape transformation. It will not be impossible to win the captain position." Frieza said, as Kalan was just a little kid 8 years, he believed that he could nurture him into a loyal subject.

"I'm honored that Lord Frieza has personally invited me. I'll naturally do my best to not disappoint Lord Frieza." Kalan said with an upright and solemn face.

"Good! Mr. Dodoria please show Mr. Kalan his room." Frieza clapped his hands, he was happy he got a strong subject as he had always been jealous of his brother Cooler's strong soldiers.

Dodoria was friendly and respectfully led Kalan to his room in the spaceship. They were going to bring him with them so he could compete over the captain position for Frieza's new elite group.

Kalan got a spacious room and several soldiers to attend to him as he was greatly valued by Frieza, no one dared to slight him.

In Kalan's new room. Kalan had closed his eyes and were spreading out his telepathy senses to sense Frieza as well as the tens of thousands of soldiers surrounding Planet Vegeta.

"He still intends to destroy Planet Vegeta?" Kalan thought as the spaceship flew away, but the soldiers continued to slowly closed in.

"Does he think I'll buy the story of a belt of asteroids crashing and destroying Planet Vegeta? Although Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz did. But I'm much stronger, if I were to find out the truth... Frieza you're playing with fire. That is if I was truly going to be loyal to you." Kalan thought.

"Frieza should have let his guard down now right? Even if he's still in his 2nd form..." Kalan thought

"I'll be able to awe the Saiyans in this fight, I'll be easier to recruit them..." Kalan thought as there were only several thousands of Saiyans on Planet Vegeta he hoped to recruit as many as he could. The ship had already flown a distance away from Planet Vegeta, but not too far away. Luckily during this month of waiting, Goku had already been sent to Earth due his low battle power like in the story.

"I only need to make sure mom and them will be fine." Kalan thought as he sent a message to warn them about the soldier's surrounding Planet Vegeta. He had them hide in the basement as they will soon be teleported away by the dragon balls.

"It's time!" Kalan said determined.

*Grand Elder please summon Porunga!* Kalan quickly sent a message to the Grand Elder in Namek.

Kalan closed his eyes and focused on build up his energy inside him without releasing it out.

After a while Kalan opened his eyes and thought "Now!"

*Fwoosh* Kalan vanished from his room.
