Their Plans?

To escape from the Ghostly Crow Realm Master, Illumina had launched herself against him and confused him as she occupied his senses by covering his surroundings with her clones. This technique was meant to be used against a single enemy and it worked better than they expected it to.

After all, it created a field of illusion that made him think that Myria, Vereina, and Lereza were still there.

But the truth was that they were long gone and Illumina substituted herself with a real yet illusory clone again. She left with them while the Ghostly Crow Realm Master was stuck inside the illusion while being really attacked by her species technique. Illumina wasn't aware, but the Ghostly Crow Realm Master had also used his artifact to defend against her encirclement, so it wasn't able to help him focus and see through the mirage.

By the time they escaped and concealed themselves, it was already too late.
