The tension ⊙﹏⊙

"Do you think you stole nothing from me?" Lu Mingyu asked dangerously low and he pulled YanJun closer against his chest. "You stole something from me and you are here to pay for it."

The closeness made him feel the dangerous aura the man was emitting more closely than ever before. He bit his lower lip and wanted so badly to escape the man only pulled him closer.

The tension weighed down so heavily on his shoulder making his heart race as he could feel the man's heart beat fast too but not as fast as his heart raced.

"Please. . ." he muttered when he could not maintain that closeness anymore. "I am tired . . . so let go."

"I have just started, that is something I want you to remember," the man replied firmly. "You must remember. If you remember and you still desire to leave, then I will let you but I want you to remember or whether you like it or not, you will remain with me for as long as you live."

"What could that thing be?" YanJun asked as he could not come up with what could have led to this. He could not remember anything connected to this man.

He knew the man was one of the youngest and richest people in the world and if he had ever met him in the past, he would have remembered him like the many people who only remember someone when the person succeeds beyond what they will ever achieve.

If they met in the past, he would have gone to his office to tell him that he knew him or find a way to let him know so he could have a connection. What the man has done to him, made him feel that he must have done something wrong to the man to make the man take note of him to lock him up.

He could not remember going around seducing people when he was still in the country and that was only during the period he could not remember. He was only fourteen and there was no way he could have met this man.

He would have remembered if he had met the man after he left home.

"You must have mistaken me with someone else. It could never be me," he told the man hoping his words make the man awaken from the trace her was in.

"Do you remember all your childhood?" he asked with a frown that made YanJun stiffen.

"I . . . I do remember," he stuttered despite how hard he tried to make it sound like he was as confident as humanly possible.

"You remember what happened to you that made you leave home?" Lu Mingyu asked pulling away from him.

YanJun felt relieved to be released from the warm cage that held him. He looked at the man watching him intently. His throat felt so dry, that he was forced to swallow. What made him choose to go to a country he knew nothing about?

He was fixed on going to that country to do music that no one could persuade him otherwise. He was fixed even when his mother begged him and his father tried to talk him out of it.

That was the first word he spoke to them when he woke up from the coma he was in as a result of an accident that almost claimed his life. He furrowed his brow as his head began aching him so badly it felt as though his head was slowly cracking open.

"I remember. I loved their music that was why I wanted to move there," he shouted as he tried not to think about it. it caused him so much pain that prevented him from remembering.

"You could keep lying to yourself but that means you will have to remain with me without a reason you are aware of. It will be more beautiful if you fall so deeply in love with me that you will rather than get separated from me," the man replied calmly which was completely different from YanJun's agitated state.

"That will never happen even to my dying point," he replied the man glad that the pain stopped when he was not trying to remember the memory he lost.

"You will fall in love with me once again when you get your memory back or perhaps you are lying that you do not remember me because of what happened in the past?" the man got closer to him again when asked.

"I do not know and you are only being the psychopath that you are!" the man forced him to scream to the point it made his throat hurt. He wanted to escape badly.

"One thing I will never let you call me is a psycho because I am not one, at least not to you," the man said as he caught YanJun's wrist. It happened so fast that he did not have time to avoid it.

"Let go," YanJun begged as he discovered how dangerous the situation had escalated. He was dragged out of the building and he was forced to hurry behind him while being careful not to stumble and fall.

The door of the car was opened and he was almost flung into the car as. The man sat beside him and his body shook. He was sweating so much he could be said to have played football in summer dressed in winter attire.

He could not even still glance at the man who was sitting beside him as his fear built up with every second.

The journey back home felt like an eternity making him feel like speeding up time or turning back the time to whenever he met the man that he could not remember. He was going to make sure never to speak to him to prevent this.

When the car stopped in front of the man's mansion, YanJun was begging the heavens to make him faint hopefully that will make the man less angry than he had made him.

He was dragged up to the front door of the house and into a side of the house he has never walked through. The man pushed the door of his room open and pulled YanJun into the room.
