yup.. they're non-system. so they appeared a bit lower than Yun Che and the others. Even Xia Qingyue is still at level 60. Yun Che is in Level 70. Cultivation rank? the same

so in other words Peak Sky Profound Realm Yuuki/System-based summon/Mio/Cang Yue - Displayed as Level 70 Non system based cultivators or system bound followers - Level 60 (minus 10 because they didn't have Beginner's Profound Realm. Their level 1 starts at Elementary. For the system, the Elementary is Level 10) sums about it.

Oh that... the leveling system has been fixed. It minus the original +10 levels. Those levels are applied to System-based summon, Mio, and Cang Yue. The minus 10 is because the cultivators of the profound sky continent didn't have the beginner Profound Realm. so their levels will be displayed -10 from what Yun Che displayed. I think is in a chapter somewhere where the system fixed it
