I would suggest 1 chap every day or 2 every other day too keep the stability, any extra chapters too also get the number of chapters up, because alot og people won't read a story before it has crossed 50-100 chaps because of how often authers drop their story, so I belive it's first then that more and more people will pick it up and read it

I would like too see him use his knowledge too make himself more like a divine figured favoured by the gods, kinda like, Davos, from "Mediterranean hegemony of ancient Greece" tho he doesn't use it much. He can make his family divine kinda like the Japanese royal family. This would also make people much more acceptable towards change ig it comes from someone favoured by the gods. If you consider the political situation then A is the correct answer too gain favour with the nobility and also cause the least amount of public outrage, but if you choose B then the nobility will dislike you for that reason and you will have a harder time trying too do stuff that requires their help, you will gain more favour with the public and they will see that they will have a chance too work for you in the future which could make them work harder than normal. The safest option is too do C and while the building arc is going on you put in some chapters of him screening people for the job, at the end of the day I belive he will try and learn them alot from his future knowledge, so how much knowledge they have beforehand doesn't matter too much.
