I mean it's unreadable with that kind of grammar. How can I review other things when its unreadable. It gets worst when you read more. She he always mixed up. You have to read two sometimes five times to understand what is written... It's interesting but only if someone fixes the grammar. I mean what is stopping you from doing it right? You can use translators and grammar programs, it shows you easily where are mistakes. It's just becomes huge pile of words thrown in this app. What's up author?

It's not possible to burn fat from one place. U burn overall fat from your body. Concentrating in one place like abs, it only makes unpropotionaly bigger muscles in that area, but if you have belly u still wont see it. So best to do cardios of different kinds. Surely I won't deny hulahoopin cuz I believe it's great excercise and cardio. Gives you balance and strengthens your inner muscles. If u want to drop belly, you have to loose weight, which is easy just cut your daily calories. If you start count calories, in one month you will know approximately how much calories in food just by lookin at it.
Anyway, hula hoop is good for training your hips. It also trains your abdomen, so most of your fat will be burnt away.
