I haven't watched that anime. The wires idea is from Hellsing's Walter.

When I wrote this, my mind was about the difference in species as a whole. An extreme take on if an aggressive monkey hurt human for no reason, then imprison it in a cage or put it down. Here the kitchen is the cage. Superman is technically our Homo sapiens relative, the one where human is the primitive side of the equation. He has no will or rights here because he is not really a human, and that extreme view is part of the joke.

Leaving a review here to address a few points that keep coming up in the comments: - Is this a harem? No. - Is there romance? There will be some romance later, but it will not take over the story. There will be no over-the-top Korean drama, and there will be no explicit scenes. - Can the story direction be guessed from the first two chapters? No. If you read only the first two chapters and think you know where the story is going, I can confidently say you do not. You would have a better chance guessing the direction from the synopsis than from the opening chapters alone. - Do characters lie? Yes. Characters can and will lie to each other. Not every statement should be taken as objective truth.

First time hearing it, but I like it.

I do like him, but being the serious gloom and doom guy in the comic makes him an easy target.

I didn't nerf Batman and it is not possible to link the two at this point of time: 1- The personalities are opposites. 2- This was his first time meeting Sebastian in person. 3- It is canon that Batman doesn't discover or know everything from the get-go(e.g white rabbit story line). 4- Batman takes time and that when Gotham is under threat, when it is not, he keep taps while prioritizing other targets. MC gave him other targets to hunt. The only link is that the two appeared around the same time, which Batman will need to check in order to confirm it.
