As long as you don't drop it, it's fine and for the future you might wanna hold back any more new templates from gacha than he already has a basic build that a character can be based of any more and previous character templates will be forgotten and you might end paying all the attention to making sure all the powers acquired are being used and story might suffer but if you build up on what you have this character is gonna be awesome. Just a suggestion

Most of the time self inserts are atleast somewhat related to writers themselves as it is wish fulfillment, if that's the case with you then dude you must really hate yourself. i am obviously dropping this and good luck to you.

you need to keep in mind that the characters you are writing about are adults with responsibilities, people like them don't get excited about things or at least they don't show them on their faces, specifically a lord paramount of north won't say "wow". the moment i read that i closed the tab immediately. just try to understand the frame of mind of the character.
