Ah i remember 3 or 4 years ago i was reading ISSTH and i was on the part where meng hao was in the past and he was crying while making pills, i remember imagining him slapping the cauldron and with every slap it would reverberate through him making him cry his dad issues. The day i read that was the 2nd death anniversary of my dad, and even tho my dad and i were never close, those few chapters made me feel the void in my heart left by my dead father, the void that made me feel so sad at the fact that even tho i had a father, i never truly had one. Sigh The shit makes me sad bro. Those few chapters made me cry while i was alone in my dorm in college. Truly a masterpiece
