Yeah, The demons and other factions thought they had time to track the assassin down before he got too strong. I know this was mentioned earlier in the novel. Now not only the government but the sects/guilds will be in high alert because who could predict that someone could condense a decade of levels into a single year. This leveling speed was also covered. :)

Yeah they did.. Keep in mind until this point they assumed the "rogue assassin" was a level 100 weakling that somehow made guns viable again. Now they will know that the assassin is a genuine threat to demonkind

now other demons are going to hear about how the rogue assassin slaughtered over 300 of their kind and 100 of those killed were in A class and actively start to hunt her with powerhouses. I'm not sure if this one was fully thought through lol
