a few corrections , Filotimo is a neutral noun the male adjective should be Filotimos, zilevo is actually a verb and as an adjective in a female form it would be φθονερή phthoneri or fthoneri, and thymos is a male noun so a female adjective would be thimomeni or orgismeni. aplistia is also a female noun but it can work as a female name

Mana is motherly, Okniros is lazy, Peinon is a gluton for food, Filotimo is prideful, Zilevo is envious of any attention I give to anyone else, Aplistia is greedy as hell, and Thymos is the one to get angry the easiest. While Dolion indeed means deceitful in Greek, it actually is for neautral gender. For a male name it would be Dolios and for female Dolia.
