I just going to chock this up with author not know or reading the map and using this for strategically plot advancement or he has more than than one stop which makes that part of the rout. Than again this is AU so the map can be completely different

Lol that was my favorite thing to do playing assassin creed or mobile navy /pirate game. Circle around shoot some that are too far while positioning for a ram which is alway upgraded as for as possible

This is exactly what I talking about planting the idea of being his wife although pretty common in this world I bet she did not consult the mc on the matter. So she basically making plan guiding people in a general non negative way for the mc but it not all positive.

Is that even a smart move to have complete religious fanatic be the only teach of your only blood relative? Other she loyal she not necessarily to him but his cause. So what she teaches may not be what you want your sister learning. I not saying you should waste her knowledge reserves but it should be either supervised teaching or some basic guidelines on what can taught

I am honestly not surprised by this, although still dissatisfied. I saw it as the only logical outcome when a very known loyal guard so easily goes to work under someone else's banner. And I am sure the MC party should have thought of this too, so they either ignored it, leaving it to luck, or went with it with a 'only a matter of time' attitude. Which neither is necessary a good idea.

Lol I forgot past chapter 5 all I know is that he should not be 16 yet as the unspoken agreement with the faceless is not broken yet.

Hopefully, the future him can balance it well, as a kingdom that starts off with a strong religious foundation is not bad in general, at least for the first generation rulers, as there is already a level of understanding between the two. However, future generations tend to go downhill if not careful.
