Only I Can Use Every Power System

Qasim is a sick boy who suffers from cancer and decides to end his life. But after doing so, he is reincarnated into another world in a healthy body. In this world, there are six power systems, which are also called the Mohlikat. The Mohlikat are Alchemy, Magic, Nahr'Kth, Finna, Irada, and Maker. Each has its unique progression, but all of them share the same rule: You cannot learn more than one, or you will put yourself at risk of dying or even worse... Qasim finds out that his body is unique, and he makes it his goal to learn all six Mohlikat and fulfill his dream of being the hero from the novels he used to read.... Or at least that's the plan until he is hit by reality.
