I do love how strictly logical Axion is. Everything has to make sense or have a reason. Kinda how he sees that the current imperium‘s populace as not “true-human” because of rampant mutation. It’ll be honestly quite cool when the plot point of the Emperor being what he considers a “True-Human” accepted by him and he follows Guilleman. I do hope you eventually touch on the Deep Warp as that’s a lightly touched subject open to fan interpretation.
