Honestly, the only thing I dislike is that there isn't more beyond the 1st dungeon. It's starting very strong, and the writing itself is very high quality, and leaves me wanting to see it through to the end.

What is with this story being full of physical, mental, and sexual abuse so far??? I'm trying to keep going, but this narrative is making me regret doing so. Harassment is "hot," according to MC. Consent is nonexistent according to MC. MC talking about pathetic males, and why nobody would want her like they're humans, and not already aliens with described gender role reversals of a society without much male rights in comparison to our civil, and female rights. Space faring, yet no scanning technology to detect threats before sending teams plot holes. MC acts like a horny teen that's never heard of girls, or self control before. Biology of MC's species reactions being overlooked for horndog plot sake. I can see potential in it, but I'm just against abuse for the sake of abuse. That's how ypu get me to hate things, and people, and so far, I hate the MC, and the "Commander," and not in the good way. In the "I want them rewritten," way. MC's thoughts could follow things like how Overlord did it, with racial biology causing the thoughts to differ noticeably from humans, but that'd take his lust away from human norms, until otherwise. Nope. Could have the commander have emotional depth beyond worrying about how males won't screw her, as she actively sends them to their deaths, physically, and verbally attacks them at all times, and yet is still worried about how screwing them would make her appear as if she's taking advantage of position, and authority to drag them into it. I swear the potential is there, but it's still quite narratively shallow on logical reasoning.

I am extremely uncomfortable right now. Why is this narrative peeping tom trope still in use like it's 1950???

Overall a really great read, even if the ending is both sweet like candy, and yet bitterly sour to swallow at the same time. There's so much more that could be flushed out, and concluded further, and feels a bit rushed for an ending that leaves out so many characters barely touched upon. David's mom could even have switch jobs for a better one by the end with the protagonist. It definitely feels like a set up for the new book of an unfinished story at the least. I can't really find fault with it besides that impatience, and uncertainty, as everything else seems well written. If it ever continues, consider me back for more!

I feel like it has a good ending, but at the same time, a part 2, or book 2 feels necessary, because like it says, I feel it truly isn't done without a full conclusion of all characters, and plot ending possibilities. I feel like V's braindance that Rebecca pinned the blame on Pilar for in the first Dogtown Base. . . and what about David??
