first time reading novels and this caught my eye since it seemed interesting and I have to say I got hooked from the start. I love the storytelling especially with how the author describes things. Additionally how he bounces back and forth with the MC's view and someone else's point of view. What kept me hooked is the mystery of how things are connected (even started my own theories). Also the humor and the misunderstandings kept a smile on my face the whole way through. I did not really like how the mc kind of handles some of the interactions by not actually noticing things, not actually trying to get to the bottom of things or not even trying to see what his "family" members are thinking. Then again it is just how he is and how he operates. So no hate just my own personal feelings. Can't really say anything about the pacing. Sure it can be a bit weird but I don't really see anything wrong with the skips. Rather I think they are well timed and keep the boring parts out of the way. Either way I can't really give any critical feedback since it's my first read, just sharing my personal view. Keep up the good work![img=update]
