Yup, I got a bit of inspiration from that trope, but the story will go very differently later. The MC, the hero, and the whole plot take their own path in my version.

I usually start with the main plot in mind, but I let the characters’ personalities shape how each scene unfolds. Sometimes they act in ways I didn’t expect, and that actually makes the story more fun to write!

first of all, i also read solo leveling comic and it was a long time ago so i already forgot about the side characters besides sung jin woo, I didn't even think their names were the same, I thought of making Yoo Jinhoo the main character because the name just came to my mind, so that's how it was 😅
