as I had explained in 10 or 12 that there are levels in his power and in chapter 4 he is in level 1 so he cannot make advance weapons like gun , riffle or missile etc he can make them after level 3

yes he knows but making gun right know will make make problems for and he will also caught the eyes of higher ups that can be very problematic of him currently. but he will make them in future if you want to things like gun and earthly weapons you can read my other story.
